I called this office to set up a new GP appt after my insurance changed. The woman who answered wanted to text me, rather than just set the appt. So I gave her info in text, then she and the also very confused staff started calling me. I'd answer the questions, then they'd call back. It became so annoying, I cancelled the appt.
They continue to call me with appointments I never made.
IDK about the doctors, but the staff make things impossble. I recommend going elsewhere.

I come in i speak to them in english and the staff speaks to me in spanish i am not fluent in spanish so they should respond to me in english so i asked them why they speak to me in spanish they response is because they feel more comfortable speaking in spanish well i feel more comfortable speaking in english they should hire more people who speaks english and spanish fluently

I’m at work and these people won’t call just 1 time if you don’t answer they will keep calling your phone non stop .. that is so unprofessional and seriously disrespectful.. I’m gonna look for another doctor

We are new at this clinic but everytime my husband and I have an appointment we wait 2 hrs to be seen. They don't have any organization or communication, they call you take your vitals and then you go back to the waiting room to be call, then they call you to wait inside in another room for another 20 minutes or more!

Dr. Carlos Natal is the most compassionate dentist I have met. It makes a difference when you have a person you feel "safe" and not ashamed of dental hygiene. I've had a total of 5 extractions all done by him and all have healed with little discomfort and NO pain. It's healed nicely to the point I'm able to consider dental implants soon er. I'm not sure how more people don't know about this dental office. Aurora at the front desk is the perfect person to help you with ANY dental resource or referral she just knows how to help and get it done.

This clinic has been the best experience I have had, from my co workers to the patients, to the service and back up to the owners. This place has helped me develop my intelligence and my personality. 5 stars for them!♥️
