They always lose my paperwork when I try to file for child support. I’ve tried about four times in the past year, every time I get a letter saying they’re going to close my case for not cooperating, when they haven’t even sent me anything back to correspond to.

Now that the government has us in a digital system that doesn't know a dang thing about human rights and needs. So it will make us lose our benefits and we have to fight to get what we need all because we may receive information letters like the day before it was due. But I appreciate the workers that be at the front desk.

Case workers never return calls or emails. Once before they didn't close my case when I moved to Texas but didn't add benefits and Texas ended up closing my Texas case due to eldos mistake. Filed another time online and uploaded all my paperwork, case was denied saying my stuff wasn't turned it and when I said I did online they went on to blame it on the website, a year later I'm Appling again and get no return calls, old case worker denying case cause she didn't know my new caseworker had the info but the new one doesn't answer the phone or return calls. It's so annoying as a single father of 3 girls who works 6 days a week from 7am-530pm....so a return call would be nice. A little common curiosity would be nice.

Someone please tell me how this makes sense.
- DHS says my insurance is active
- it is going through at the urgent care fine which means it's active
- all pahrmacys are showing it's terminated
- the medicaid call center is showing it's terminated but I have the papers I received in the mail showing where my old case was closed and a new one was opened. (btw the call center people are rude)
- dms says it's showing terminated and when I explained I have the papers showing it's active she tried to argue with me.
- me and my son are on the same case and it's only mine that's messed up
- my last name is wrong
-the income is wrong
- and everyone I call just keeps transferring to someone else bc apparently no one knows what their doing.
I've called every number possible and have received zero help. I'm currently sick and can't even get the medicine I need due to their mistakes.

If I could put 0 stars I would THEY are the WORST people.
They clearly don't care about anyone here. Nor do they even attempt to do their job properly I give them the same paperwork twice and called many times and left messages to never have them return my call. And they messed up by saying I had a increase in my income when my income went down but no-one would fix their own mistake so now my family is in a bind.
Every time I would ask for a supervisor I would get hung up on.

Years ago I would dread going in here, but they made some changes and over the last three or four years the service here is incredible. The front desk workers are polite. The social workers are caring. When I have business here, I'm now happy to walk in.
