Dr. Ann has a wonderful bedside manner. My husband and I came in for back-to-back appointments so she basically did it as a couples appointment. She took her time and addressed all our concerns. She was nonjudgmental about our decision to skip our vaccines. I'm looking forward to keeping her as our primary care. Also the phlebotomist is incredibly skilled and got a perfect, comfortable blood draw on my husband who usually experiences pain throughout blood draws. The office is a repurposed post office, plus Dr. Ann recommended less expensive pharmacy approaches, both of which made me feel like she cares more about patients than profits.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Xu for a while now. My dad is a family practitioner, I’m married to a pediatrician, and I’m a registered nurse by profession. In saying that I have high expectations when it comes to overseeing my health. Dr. Xu has always been super thorough and has great bedside manner. He has the same qualities as I see in my dad which made him a great physician. Dr. Xu is very welcoming and makes you feel like you can talk about any issues. If you are new to Hot Springs or not happy with your doctor he is a great choice.
