Great company. I trusted them with my father’s care. Always on time, compassionate, and know what they are doing. Their physical therapist are very professional. They got my dad walking within in 2 weeks after a hip replacement.

My mother was a patient with Hospital Without Walls after her total knee replacement surgery. I would like to thank all the staff for their outstanding job and professionalism they provided to my mother at home. Therapy was outstanding and my mom was able to gain her mobility and progress to be able to walk without using any assistance or any assistive device. Nurses were able to resolve all medical problems in her first few days at home. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Hospital Without Walls staff for all their help and effort. I would recommend their service and assistance to everyone who needs home care.

Absolutely terrible service...Nurse was 2 hours late. This took up most of the time with the PT. He worked with me for maybe 10 minutes, of course they billed me for the full hour. 2nd nurse visit. The nurse didn't even know why she was at my house. Blood pressure cuff did not work. Was not even sure if she was licensed. She looked and seemed confused. PT did a lousy job. I was so far behind other knee replacement individuals. What a completed waste of time and my money. Do not allow them to come into your home. Call another company. Beware!!

I would strongly recommend them. There was noting that I had to do. They handled all the arrangements with nurse and physical therapist. Their staff was so wonderful to deal with. Alva and my PT, Laurie were very caring.

This company was understaffed and had orders to visit my father 5x a week, never contacted the VA to let them know they were unable to fulfill their obligations and left him without care for 2 weeks. Neglected a senior veteran. No excuse other than someone was on vacation a d they were understaffed.
