I have been seeing Dr. Brooks for the past 5 years. He is by far my favorite primary care doctor ever. He is always very calm and attentive to my needs. He explains things thoroughly and I never feel rushed. His staff is always pleasant and very efficient. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Brooks.

Dr. Brooks is the best! He really takes the time to listen to you and has never made me feel like I was being rushed so that he could move on to another patient. His nurse, Jennifer is very kind and always returns my calls if there is an important question I need answered. Dr. Brooks staff and associates are all wonderful also. You can’t go wrong with any doctor, P.A. or N.P. at this office! Also, same day appointment with a doctor for urgent issues once you are a patient with them!

All the Doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses assistants, front desk clerks (which for some that is more than just answering phones and appointments)are the greates. Whenever I have had a issue about anything it has been handled in a timely fashion most of the time. We are all human mistakes are bound to occur. I've been a patient of Dr. Brooks for over 20 years, he is a awesome doctor. He refers you to places he would go to and that's saying something. Dr. Brooks is very good at what he does. I hate to leave reviews like this but I scheduled an appointment here to establish a new primary physician and had an upsetting experience. The office staff was fine and the lady who did my vitals was nice but my nurse practitioner Terry Clemons had little bedside manner with me and seemed to be uninterested after I stated I was there for a first pcp visit and to get a certain prescription refilled since I moved away from my old doctor.

I felt shamed for a bad habit I have and was basically bombarded with questions and like I was a waste of time since I came in healthy with no “issues” to discuss.

Desk staff courteous and efficient. Nurses very efficient, professional and efficient. Dr. Garcia is the best. Professional, friendly, easy to talk with. Looks at and shares all options of treatment and evident he is thinking of what works best for the patient. Best GP I have ever had.
