I was so impressed with the care that was provided by Horizon Mobile Physicians. After my mom was discharged home from the hospital, we received a visit from the Nurse Practitioner, Chelsea Engle. She visited with my mother and took her time answering all of her questions and reviewing her symptoms, medications and discharge instructions as well as reviewing the plan of care moving forward with her home healthcare arrangements. She was excellent at explaining everything and had a wonderful bedside manner. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone who could benefit from a house call rather than having to schedule a visit at a doctors office. Since my mom was recovering and in pain, this was so much more convenient and better for her and was covered by her insurance. Thank you Chelsea!
