I can’t say enough about this office. They’ve always been great with my children. Their attention to detail when we have a problem is what I appreciate the most. My daughter had a situation one time where I had to take her to Children’s, and I got phone calls from the NP checking on her. Friendly, caring, and dedicated staff! ?

Very clean & friendly environment. I have never had a doctor be so caring about every detail of my daughters health. I feel like my daughter receives the best care here out of other places in the area. The doctors truly care about their patients and take the time to listen to any questions or concerns you might have and will gladly explain their answers.

They seem more interested in calling DHR filing FALSE REPORTS on patient families than providing care. Waited hours to provide test results to family when urgent care was needed but WASTED NO TIME calling DHR not once but TWICE when they were called out on it. Stated that family refused urgent care when the family had already been in the ED for hours! I would think twice before using this office!

My daughter was sick on Saturday Took my daughter in at 2:55 and they close at three and they still seen us. Staff was great and the doctor was awesome also

Always clean and friendly staff, usually in and out within a hour or less. Pleased with each doctor and all of the staff really. So happy to have found a great office for my daughter so close by.

Wanted to give ZERO stars but I was forced to give 1.
Even tho my kids only were at horizon pediatrics with tamara mason for 3 years(and due to ages didn't have to go so much so wasnt really there alot), was the WORST.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➡Pediatrics east on deerfoot parkway in trusville is THE BEST PLACE my kids have gone.?

Honestly didn't even get in for the visit. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and finally an hour and 20 minutes later I just left. If they are to incompetent to schedule and keep appointments properly, I have serious reservations as to their medical capabilities. I wonder if they would've honored my appointment had I showed up an hour later. Complete waste of my time.

We have always had an excellent experience when we visit the office. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Mason. We drive past many other pediatrician offices to come to Horizon for this reason.
