Nobody is perfect. The staff is human, too. They could do better by owning their mistakes and putting healthier food on the table. But I respect them because they didn't hurt me as bad as they could have and I understand their job is not easy. But still we can all improve. And for the most part they supported me while I was there and always listened to me. Some of them were rude sometimes but I think it's because they were stressed. It is not easy being a "professional ".

And thank you Dan for everything. I love you guys.

P.S I hope you guys don't get mad at me for being honest. I'm forever grateful for all the patients and staff I met there. I learned a lot from this experience including patience and showing gratitude.

Terrible terrible terrible. Discharged without meds relapse within 24 hours . Won’t let me use my ankle brace . So my ankle swell up and I fall on the hard floor. and then they have to take me to hospital for head injury.. they were told by my doctor not to put me a on med and they did it anyway.how is this place still open is Beyond me!! Stay away!!

I have not physically been there, but my bestie was brought in for being abused by her mother, (mental abuse) she was at the brink of calling quits. Plus she was sick, like covid sick, and her mother would not let up on her, so they have taken her in, given her a peaceful place to get it together and rest. They are helping her to find the next steps to take, as far as shelter. I am so very grateful for places like this that give hope to those who have bo hope! Judging by her experience so far, I have nothing bad to say and neither does she. My prayer now is they help her find a peaceful stable place to call home and not EVER have to return to her mother's home or under her abusive ways! Thank you Horizon and all you do

Jan 2016 , This Business, Owned By Cenpatico ,a subsidiarity of Centaur (I think that's the proper spelling) Out of Georgia, which it seems has gobbled up nearly All of the mental health Establishment in the state of Arizona, Totally Royally Violated Any Rights That I may have Still thought Existed (Even if they Really Don't) . Two of their Caseworkers Pergured themselves in a Absolutely Corrupt Title 36 Hearing , and After Locking me up Illegally(although they had a warrant the Judge Obviously did not care either) The Facts Speak For Themselves !! In my Medical Records!!! Not only from Them poisoning Me For a Year to the point of seizures. I even had to get an MRI and go to a neurologist. I only Found out in the 11th month that they had been upping my medication without telling me!!And they Never did Anything Even Close to a Real Examination. nor did they even prove what they accused me of to begin with, since they took no toxicology reports even know they had the blood and urine at THEIR disposal!! Oh and their is much much more. maybe , just maybe someone ,will actually Look at my records.....their staff for the most part ate nice I might add though. it's the whole company and the people hiding behind their computer monitors in another city that I mostly tale issue WITH. the whole system is broken down and needs to be checked.

As a child, I was forced to receive treatment from Eva McCullars at this location. She still works here. When she drugged me, I had been complaining about my mother's choice of men. It turned out my father molested me and my step-sister, my mom's boyfriend John Pearson later raped two teenage girls and video taped it, and another of my mom's boyfriends was an ex-convict. The mix of pharmaceuticals was Lithium and Addreall, which was an acceptable mix according to the DSM, but it was a mood stabilizer and a mood agitator; like vodka-redbull, it messed me up. Eva McCullars messed me up for tens years increases the doses, and added prescriptions without changing the baseline prescriptions. Nothing will ever be done because she followed an ever-changing DSM, but I insist that Eva McCullars should be in jail for child abuse. I got better after quitting the pharmaceutical cocktail cold turkey.

I call and someone ask me millions of questions and it is a call center wow really hey google customer service I hope you catch on to this because this should ring straight to there office and not to some call center that's one reason why I have moved mental health provider I'm daughter and I am to go with for these sessions and well hhmmm med star and surton drivers and yes doesn't add up and just fishy same driver from med star drove us back from one of her doctor's appointments and he said no I have to get the other patient back well I need to go to rest room well that driver drover her back wow something not right about that guy

Has a observation crisis unit so if you are in crisis they will turn no one away. They have a no wrong door policy so if you show up needing help regardless if you have insurance or not no worries.

I cannot concieve of where I would be today if it wasn't for the great people at Horizon Health and Wellness. Suicide was my only future before I received help from these great caring individuals.
