My mother has been a patient here for years, her health has drastically gotten bad in the last few months. Unable have any mobility which they are aware of. I recently have moved in to help take care of her, shes been having to wake up multiple times a night to void. We took a urine sample in and a urine culture. Luckily she had an order for a urine cx so they sent it but DID NOT DIP (very young rude dark haired young front office girl explained about policy and procedures, buuut how do u run urine for a telehealth app ) her sample and made her wait and never returned calls as she is home having urinary pain , back pain, and fatigue. They told her over a week later she was negative for uti so i swabbed her for bv . They never contacted regarding any results for another week. She then fell and was transported to cvrmc and was told she did have a uti and is now being treated . We asked for home health orders and were denied and said she needed to wait to see neurologist . Hope family care needs to do better, im highly disappointed and angry at the care she has been given, we will be finding her a new pcp asap! Beware, this office is overran with patients and obviously cant handle the load.

Canāt get a person to answer for ages then when you do get through you canāt get an appointment until well after youāve recovered from whatever sickness youāre battling. This is why people use the ER as an urgent care in this town.

I have been going to this clinic for years now. I absolutely love all the staff! I have many medical problems and difficult ones at that. Whenever I need something, they get it done quickly for me. Anytime I call they are polite and helpful, even when I know they get crazy busy. They never make me feel like a bother when I am needing refills or paperwork printed out. The only complaint I have is wait time, it has been improved. I also understand to have a good doc they do take time with you, every situation is different. Someone in a dark place reacing out for help, I can wait a little longer. A child being scared and the doctor taking more time to make them feel more comfortable, I will wait. I have been one to cause a doc to be almost an hr behind bc of complications. So I have more understanding for needing to wait at times. Other then that Chad and Rooney has always been amazing to my family. Brittany worked in front before as staff and now is back as a doctor!! I can't imagine nothing but great things from her. Melody that does all the blood draws, is amazing at what she does, and I hate any poke. So with all this, I highly recommend this amazing Family of doctors and staff.

Well we went with my husband for a couple of years ; met Kristal etc but one day she was on vacations and I needed my meds so the staff wouldnāt give it to me , needed a prescription so I went to the hospital and they provided the meds ; my husband had called several times to ask for the meds and she accused my hubby of screaming to her and what not and said we were never been accepted as patients anymore etcetc let people know ; unbelievable all a lie my husband doesnāt scream at people nor fights or discusses ; so we were appalled ;she was upset because we went to the hospital; then we told our primary physician in Mesa; this happened some years ago but this is not a place to go ; if you really need a Dr go somewhere else ;

The Dr's & other care providers, as well as the, office staff, are fantastic. The on-site lab is usually really quick. The building is nice & clean. My only complaint is the wait time & they are working on that. Love Dr. Rooney She's been my provider for over 20yrs.

Will never go back to see derose caldera again ! They put you in a room and leave you sit one or two hours or more the first time I went there I sat for two hours inside the room and i finally left called me and asked me if I could see a different doctor. I agreed they gave me a different doctor and I went and saw her, and then she gave me back over to DEROSE Caldera. After working 11 hours straight through at work, I sat there for an hour and still she didnāt show up so I complain to the nurse and then she told the nurse to tell me to leave so I did. But I was ready to leave again ! Going to be calling the medical board and complain also, I asked for a video chat with her and didnāt even hear back from the office for two weeks later. Wow it is my opinion she has a very unprofessional attitude and does not care about her patients leaving them sitting and then they call you just anytime and say oh can you do the video call now two weeks later at the time I was driving I could not do the video call, thereās no organization. I have some pretty major health problems. I need a real Doctor Who will take care of me and will care about me. Really poor medical. I am reporting her to United Healthcare and I am reporting her to the medical board of Arizona as well. Good luck.

I just donāt understand if you are a clinic how can you deny a 2 month old baby for his checkups? How can you allow scheduling and then say that you arenāt going to see this baby . You have lousy workers and rude staff Members that obviously canāt do their jobs correctly . The worst experience I have ever had would not recommend anyone coming here.

I Was not happy with how Krystal treated my husband and I today. My husband has been a patient of Krystals for a lil over 2 years I believe. Never have we been treated any other way besides pleasant. But today I'm not impressed and quite honestly, we are disappointed in the unprofessional rude and extremely rushed visit
When I was trying to ask questions, in regards to my husband's health and care, that IMO are important and necessary... Krystal then shushed me to be stop talking. Exact words "I cannot listen and answer you, as I'm trying to type what needs to be put into his chart. And every time I'm trying to type you interrupt me and I have to start all over again." Also exact words that followed previous sentence was " because this literally should be a 2 hr appointment and I don't have that kind of time, Obviously. I only have 3 more minutes for this appointment." I never felt so unheard, and frankly I never have been treated so unprofessionally that I'm considering changing practices due to the horrible treatment. Even tho Krystal is leaving this practice in the near future. I feel it's necessary for me to put this information somewhere so I know it would be noticed and maybe addressed so this kind of negative experience or treatment won't happen to another patient. I'm sorry but then again not really... 8-/
