Selma has been my daughter therapist for years now. Selma's ability to recognize n connect with compassion and understanding has been remarkable... Prior to starting therapy with Selma, my daughter was seriously struggling and I was loosing my child right b4 my eyes. It was a terrible time in both my daughter and my life.... Now my daughter is doing amazing. I know I can contribute my daughter sucess/progress in right direction to therapy with Selma. I would/have recommend Selma to every parent. When I first heard that Selma would be working with our family and I spoke with her, I felt pretty good. It didn't take long for that to all change. She told me I'd be kept up to date with weekly reports on the progress (since I was in another state) not only was I NOT kept in the loop, after contacting her about a month into sessions I was made to feel as if I was bothering her for asking about an update. I've called and emailed the office. I've NEVER gotten a return call and my emails get a generic response with "I'll let Selma know and hopefully she can get back with you".
That never happens.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the treatment and if you are a single Father and your X takes your child to see her.... Good Luck being kept in the loop of being INCLUDED in treatment. When we first started on this journey she told me in our initial phone call that she would provide me with correct paperwork so that I....could file it with my insurance. It took begging to get that done, and then once it was sent. Only two visits were worded in a way that insurance could be billed. I explained this to Selma and my X via email, and I've yet to be given proper paperwork.
As for letting me be a part of this healing process....
I've given them NUMEROUS emails with my work schedule and within minutes Robin replied with a time that was completely unreachable with me traveling from another state. Then they try setting up a phone session during my Work hours (I don't have the type of job where I can do that) I don't feel like they care if I'm part of the healing process. It's as if they have taken my X's word and whatever she has brain washed into our Son and accepted it as fact. She has failed to reach out to me and get my version of ANYTHING over the last year and a half or talk with me about what progress my Son is making. I received one email stating he needs time to heal and it needs to be on his terms and timeline. I get no explanation of what it is that he's healing from, or when I will be allowed to be a part of the healing process. I'm being given excuses from my X, Selma and Robin and my faith in ALL OF THEM to get to the bottom of the REAL ISSUE is completely GONE!

Not Impressed at all.
Have not seen nor talked to My Son in OVER A YEAR and apparently she's ok with that because I feel she encourages this behavior from him and his mother. To exclude me from his life.
