Have been at Hoover eye care for years and I have nothing but great respect and professionalism I received. Front desk very nice friendly and my opinion very helpful. My doctor (Dr A Sanford, OD) is knowledgeable professional down to earth person. I heard from my friends that they like this place and some they go to the other doctor and we all agreed that they are great and no issues with their glasses or eyes. This is just my opinion and nothing more than that.

I had an excellent experience at Hoover Vision from the time I walked in until I left. The waiting air is nice, inviting and clean clean. They have a nice selection of magazines (Not raggedy 5 year old magazines brought in by patients/customers). I didn’t. Have to wait long before I was called back to start the first part of the examination. Every staff membet that implemented their part of the examination was very professional and thorough. Dr Samford was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The frame displays were well stocked with.current model frames. The young blond lady who assisted with my frame selection was so helpful with picking out frames. i would have rated my experience 10 stars , but there was only 5 stars.

I had my annual visit today. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Marbourg is excellent and thorough and I always enjoy my time visiting with her. Highly recommend this office.
