Update: HonorHealth replied to my review asking me to email my concerns. Already did that 2 weeks ago. Guess what?! No response! Shocker. You people try to make it look like you care and want to address people’s concerns, but it’s all a load of BS. I’ve lost all faith in HonorHealth.

Lokeswari Bucchireddigari (NP) practices medicine without staying up to date on current procedures with ignorance and arrogance and her patients pay the price. My fiancee after struggling with Loke for months to get her prior authorization approved through insurance for Zepbound, because Loke would fail to respond to requests for additional information in a reasonable length of time, was just denied a refill by Loke at her FIRST follow up appointment due to “no longer meeting the requirements of the medication”. To get approved for Zepbound you have to be above a certain BMI, which when initially prescribed my fiancee qualified for, but after taking the medicine for two months obviously lost weight and was under the initial BMI requirement. This is the goal of the medication, and just because it’s working doesn’t mean you are no longer eligible. If let’s say she needed to be 200lbs to qualify to be prescribed the medication, you aren’t forced off of it because you took it once and are now 199lbs. The goal of the medication is to get to a healthy weight, not to get under the weight needed to be initially prescribed it. We confirmed with her insurance that we were correct and she was still covered for the medication and that her eligibility didn’t change. Loke refused to listen to reason and cut my fiancee off and told her to stop talking about it and offered to prescribe her a medication Loke tried with her months ago that she had an allergic reaction to, as if she didn’t have my fiancees medical chart infront of her. It’s extremely unfortunate that Loke took away the first thing that actually worked and helped my fiancee all because of her ignorance and refused to listen to reason. We will also be looking to file a formal complaint with HonorHealth as well. I’ve heard great things about the other doctors at this location, so if you are needing care I recommend you go with one of them and avoid Loke at all costs. It’s no surprise if you look into Loke for 5 minutes you’ll find nothing but negative reviews.

Dr. Brandstetter is awesome, and I am thrilled to have found her as my primary care physician. She spent as much time with me as I needed, and she answered all of my questions. Dr. B is very knowledgeable and reviewed all of my medical history records carefully. She also set up for me to get an X-ray and blood tests in the same clinic right after my appointment with her. I’ll also mention that the entire Honor Health staff was great, and everyone treated me like a valued customer. The man who did my X-ray, and the woman who did my blood draw were true professionals.I will recommend Dr. B and Honor Health to everyone!

This review is not for the Medical Group, but for Lab services. I am an Honor Health employee.. I went to the clinic for a Fasting Blood Draw.. I arrived at 3:55 pm.. Lab Tech said her last blood draw was 3:30 pm.. The website states the Clinic hours are until 5:00 pm. With the last blood draw at 4:30 pm.So,. if you are not drawing blood after 3:30 pm , then please state this on your website, as most patients refer to this for the correct time to come for a service..This practice of not drawing blood during advertised time is not good customer service, especially for an employee…

I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I've had with establishing care at a clinic. The front desk lady named Rebecca is so welcoming and helpful, she set the pace for the rest of the visit and when I was called back the nurse who was working with NP Loke did not disappoint she was funny and so attentive. I waited only a couple of minutes until NP Loke came in and she was very pleasant and had a lot of patience with me. She asked several questions to help her understand the extent of my situation (allergies) which has been an ongoing issue for me. She was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all. I appreciate everyone who helped me today. This is exactly the experience I had hoped for and they did not disappoint. Well done honor health! Thank you! ~CK

All though it took months to get an appointment it was worth the wait. Dr Brandstetter was very meticulous during the appointment. She took her time which you just don’t get anymore. All of the office staff were very friendly.

I have TMJ and my jaw saw stuck open. The Dr didn’t even attempt to help me. They took my money and sent me to the ER. Don’t waste your time here. The MA on duty was extremely rude too. My visit was on 1/14/25 at 7am. It would be nice if they employed people that were polite and cared.

The front office and nursing staff was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner was very "short" and "matter of fact" about a number of items and expressed that they "didn't want to waste their time working with my perscriptions". Her bedside manner and communication skills left a bit to be desired. I'm committed to continuing care at that location because it's the end of the year and finding a new PCP this late would be a hassle for me. I will be seeking a different provider as soon as the new year hits and advising people in town to look elsewhere for friendly health care.
