HPP does not address the root causes of homelessness, poverty, or other issues. They are in fact mandated to report to authorities for any issues involving DV, substance use, or any other legality. This organization is government funded and therefore is not purely a non profit. Tread lightly if at all. They are designed to detect and weed out vulnerable people to feed into the system.

Beware of this organization. Take a close look at the program heads and directors political affiliation. This is a funneling system posing as a “community based organization”.

This place is super fantastic. I have visited this place throughout many years and the staff has always been very helpful, always supportive and caring, and professional. The resources they have on site are amazing and the other resources they are able to assist with seems limitless. They offer various helpful meaningful classes each month they put out calendar of events to take home. The place is also a very secure place. As you walk in there is a security-related station you must check-in with and then verified and cleared before you are allowed to proceed any further and let me just add that the security area is not some generic cheap little desk and chair type thing you can just ignore and slip through without being noticed. No sir! They are serious; at the same time friendly and helpful but they don't play. I can appreciate a place that takes a woman's safety as a serious matter. I could go on and on another two pages describing this place .

If I can do zero stars I will. This organization doesn't actually help people. The worker's are hateful and spiteful, and they don't tell the truth. They protect themselves as opposed to the clients. They also back CPS/family court, not the parents and family trying to reunite. Which is unfortunate for those that are seeking help.

They bring a very nice start for a first time parents. The several classes and services they have are free and very helpful.. when my wife and I went to ur first class I mention to my wife the all first time parents should have a class like this as a requirement in the hospital so they have a bit idea of what a parent actually mean.
Thank you for all the help you gave to everyone.

The worker named Estrella gives some really bad services. Not only that she doesn’t care but was always looking at her phone while talking. It shows zero empathy and respect of what she is doing, it is disgraceful for the homeless prenatal program.

Blessed to have had them to help me throughout this first year of my child's life. I wouldn't have half the stuff I do for my son if it wasn't for them.
