Great service in getting supplies! Great service in person. Walk through the door half hour early and Richard was able to help me right away! Only down side is the company needs better follow up on doctors orders. My Dr. puts in request for updates on mask change and pressure change; weeks later I had to follow up to schedule an appointment. Never received a call, voicemail or e-mail to schedule an appointment.

Staff is always professional and friendly, deliveries have been smooth without issues. They are ready to accommodate if we forget to call. Pickup arrangements made by next day. Drivers are always friendly, check to see if there are any questions or concerns, check order on arrival and departure.

I received 2 shower transfer benches after having knee replacement surgery. I only ordered 1 shower transfer bench and got 2 instead. Unfortunately, it would be a week to eight days before I could return one of them. I never opened the package. The driver picked it up today as scheduled. He was pleasant and professional. I am pleased with the service and the company.

Paula has been Great! She's gone out of her way to make sure my husband received the oxygen concentrator and portables he needed! Paula made sure before she left that we each knew how to operate both of them correctly by thoroughly explaining so that it was easy to comprehend! Thanks Paula, you've help make this transition to full-time oxygen use a little easier for him!
