I went to the store to purchase something that does not require a prescription in the state of Florida. The woman in the store told me that I needed a prescription for it and she wouldn’t sell it to me without one. I then proceeded to call another well-known, long established medical supply pharmacy, and I was told that a prescription is not required. When I went back into the store to let them know that they were not in compliance, woman behind the register got very nasty with me and said that she didn’t care, and that they require a prescription for everything. I will never return there again. The Pillbox is such a better place. Don’t go to this shady company.

We had a medical emergency while on vacation. The team at Home Medical helped us over the phone as well as in person. They quickly provided us with solutions and accommodations for our situation. Alicia, Mara and another associate (unfortunately, I missed her name) were kind, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was in a rush but from what I saw, the store is well organized and seems to be stocked with a wide assortment of medical supplies. We were able to rent a knee scooter in a matter of minutes. Their assistance placed a bright spot on what started as a very bad day. We are thankful and highly recommend their store.

These ladies continue to impress me! We ended up needing to purchase the knee scooter we originally rented. They helped us over the phone so that we wouldn’t have to go through the pain and inconvenience of going back to the store. The level of care and concern they have shown us is top-notch! I can’t thank you all enough!

This is the absolute best DME company hands down. They are so polite, helpful, timely, and compassionate. I have used many different companies before this one and always left frustrated, and was so happy I found this one last year. I plan to stay with this one forever if I can!

So EXTREMELY happy. We went to rent a lift chair to help me through recovery of surgery. They had great prices and great customer service from the store making the order to the gentleman that delivered the chair. Besides the chair the store has MANY supplies to help, take care of all your medical needs. Thank you so much.

The overall appearance of the store is a bit lackluster but the employees were very helpful and friendly. I was told about the store and went there looking supplies for my mother's stoma. Everyone seemed knowledgeable about what products were needed and their uses; this was a big help as the two nurses that came to see my mom at home to train her in stoma care were useless. I would recommend this place for others looking for their medical supply needs.

I would recommend this store. I have been there twice in the last week after a very serious foot injury. I did not recieve alot if direction from the Dr except don't walk on it for 6-8 weeks. I was overwhelmed and in pain. The staff took the time to get me up to speed on what I would need. I found everyone knowledgeable and helpful and the store well stocked. When you don't feel well that little extra attention and kindness makes all the difference.

They were extremely helpful and kind to both my wife and I during our difficult times trying to provide oxygen for our dog over the course of this last year with him. Whenever we needed help setting up an oxygen tank or getting an oxygen concentrator they were always willing to help. We are very grateful to them.
