This company is easily the best in home care company I've ever worked with. My mother is legally blind with Parkinson's Disease and her 2 primary caregivers Yaretzi and Lizzie are phenomenal at meeting her sometimes complicated needs. Anything I've asked of them they do, and do well, perhaps most importantly they genuinely care about my mom.

We have been receiving in-home care for our parents from Home Instead for about three months now. I can't say enough good things about them and the care and attention they have given to my dad and stepmom at this time. We came upon them in a crisis situation and they responded immediately, in the evening! Jordan, the supervisor, has been incredible, since day one, and has gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected in managing their care and making many visits to talk with our parents to check in on their needs and to discuss important issues as needed. All the caregivers have been so great with our parents, so understanding and compassionate, as well as helping them in every way needed with their care, including rides. Jordan has kept in constant communication with the family about everything that transpires in regard to them. It's great having a portal to go to to view the caregiver notes for each day since none of us live close. It's been a hard transition for them, but they have liked the caregivers, feel comfortable with them, and feel like their needs are being met. They have all been a blessing and I feel so fortunate to have found Home Instead. I recommend them to anyone needing in-home care.

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Home Instead ever since I started using their services in 2019. I have had several wonderful caregivers, and my caregiver Jerusha is outstanding. Her ability to anticipate my needs, for example, my grocery shopping, laundry and regular daily care. She has been very attentive to taking me to doctors' appointments and helping express my needs to the medical staff. Her computer abilities also help me out of many problems. She is attentive to my "girls" which are my three dogs Blossom, Rosie and Bonnie. Also, when I try to do gardening, she is always there to assist and to help where it's difficult for me to do. I thank Jerusha and Home Instead for all that they do so that I can live in good health.

Within hours a team was sent to care for our dad and also his wife when she returned from the hospital. Home Instead in Green Valley is an excellent resource for home health care. We only ended up using them 6 weeks since we had to move my Mom to Colorado into assisted living. They worked with our schedule and adjusted it a few times due to a hospital stay. They added more coverage on short notice. We had one main caregiver, Yadi who my Mom bonded to immediately. Yadi took initiative and did not need to be told what she could do for Mom. If Yadi had a conflict they were always able to cover her shifts and all the other caregivers were genuine, professional and transitioned well with Mom. We never worried about items in the house. We were familiar with Home Instead in Colorado and their reputation carried through to Arizona. We would highly recommend this company!!

The team at Home Instead was wonderful to work with. We brought my 87 year old mother to town for my daughter’s wedding. We originally just asked for someone to attend to my mother at the wedding events. Last minute we decided she needed overnight care like at her assisted living facility - they quickly identified staff for us. Julia & Brittany were very attentive and capable. I highly recommend them. Thanks for helping make the wedding weekend a great experience for my mom.

This location is absolutely amazing! Owners and office staff truly show they care about their people and hear their needs for care. Every change I needed like schedule changes, care changes, and just any extra assistance needed, they were very accommodating! These moments are hard, sad, and overwhelming but Home Instead has been so helpful in lightening them. Thank you more than you know!!!!
