As a disabled person I rely heavily on the help of others. My insurance company suggested home helpers of fort Walton Beach. I have to having several hiccups trying to get a caregiver to my property they finally hooked me up. A new caregiver was supposed to come to my home today at the scheduled time so I ordered my groceries to be delivered from Walmart store by me so that the caregiver could bring them in the house as I am unable to. Unfortunately for me the caregiver showed up sat in my driveway after briefly knocking on my door, I then received a text from the scheduler at the fort Walton Beach office stating the caregiver was here so I texted back the code to get in my front door. I watched the caregiver through my closed circuit camera sitting in her car about 15 minutes later I received another text from Charity stating the caregiver could not enter my house because she smelled cigarette smoke and had inadversion to that. I can understand that. But as I observed the caregiver sitting in her car after the code was sent to her she never got out of the car she never entered my premises then she refused because of the smoke she supposedly smelled. That was not true and as a result my groceries are sitting on my porch rotting I cannot retrieve them so I'm out over $100. Charity texted me back saying she would do whatever she could, but of course what could she do it was out of her hands at that point.

This job does not pay you! Went to orientation in a while other city they won't pay you for training & they are charging employees on boarding fees modern day rip off 200$ that I'm never see gas & time wasted for a sales pitch!! Shame on yall!!!
