Amazing company and workers! The caregivers are compassionate and well trained to care for their clients. HomeBound not only checks references and performs thorough background checks, but also takes time to find the perfect caregiver match for each client, taking into account personality, hobbies and common interests in addition to requested schedule and geographic accessibility. HomeBound has completely revamped their office staff. Very Professional!

Being a parent to a patient as well as being an employee, I have nothing but good things to say about Homebound. My child has been a patient since 2009, this company has worked with us on scheduling and if we have ever had any issues the Homebound team has been quick to address it. I have never regretted my decision on using Homebound for their services for my child. As an employee the team always listens to any concerns, and everyone works as a team to be able to provide the best care possible for our patients.

Gayla and her staff were absolutely amazing! They went so far above and beyond for my father-in-law and for us. We were so grateful to work with such dedicated professionals at such a difficult time in our lives. They made everything that we had to accomplish so much easier, by offering their staff, their resources and their advice. We would highly recommend them!!

DO NOT recommend for their cleaning services. We used Home Bound only for cleaning services to come into our parents' home (one with dementia) to clean for them once/week. They wanted to just sit down and talk with my parents the whole time they were there instead of cleaning. We complained to the administration and they just blew it off. It took my sisters and I two hours to go in and clean their house b/c they had not done their job! Very disappointing.

Really distasteful service initial visit from the nurse who does admits. As a retired RN I would have never treated a stroke patient or a their family in such a manner! My father had just come home from hospital from having a stroke and was confused and she made a snap judgement that he wasnt ready because of his confusion. We agreed to discuss and called back once he understood and she refused service without even listening to the whys of a patient with cognition ailements from the stroke. Fabulous company back in '06 but from the reviews now, it's obvious we made a huge mistake initially and are glad we "dodged a bullet" with them. Don't recommend based on the admint nurse. Unprofessional and rude with patient and family during the first meeting.

This is the worst company! Do NOT hire them to deal with your sick loved ones. There nurses are not properly trained and they don’t work with your schedule and cheat you of your Medicaid hours! And they have the nerve to say they are a faith based organization; it’s fake!! They cut corners to make more money!!!

Horrible company don't trust them with your loved ones. Very unprofessional and rude. Gala Gray is very unprofessional hangs the phone up when you ask questions she didn't know the answer to. Uneducated about senior car. My best advice is to find another company!
