The entire Team At Holy Family Health is dedicated, professional, compassionate and supportive. I took my 3 children today for our first visit and we were so excited to see for the first time a Family Doctor and Staff that went above and beyond. Angela and the team were amazing. We were in and out and everything went smoothly. I can say this is the first time I take my kids to a Doctor’s Office that I was actually excited about. We live in the orlando area and I would drive 12 hours just to have the level of care and compassion that we witnessed today.

Words can’t express how amazing Angela and the staff at their office are! Angela cared for me during my pregnancy and was so attentive and kind! She was always smiling, as was Robyn during my ultrasounds. Everyone always had the sweetest mindset and encouraging words to say. This office provides top tier care for all patients that walk through their door. I would recommend them a million times over! Best office and staff I’ve ever encountered , hands down! ♥️ 10 out of 10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🤗

I would first like to share that my experience in office with Holy Family was a positive one. The staff was kind and courteous. The waiting rooms were clean and I had a nice visit with the nurse practitioner where she answered all of my questions regarding their practice as I was there to have a newborn interview.

I give 2 stars because of poor communication on part of the practice. With the upcoming arrival of our baby, my husband and I reached out to a few pediatricians and family doctors to interview in advance. This is a very common practice and always complimentary. I reached out to Holy Family with this expectation. I was confused when I reached out that I was told that I needed to schedule an appointment through their patient portal under my name when I expressed it was for a newborn interview visit. They however reassured me this was their process and so I trusted this. When arriving day-of, I was treated like it was a patient visit for myself with blood pressure being taken, weight and height checks, and even asked for insurance information etc. I kept asking if this was necessary as I was only there to learn more about their practice, which again, they reassured me was just part of their process. After I had the chance to ask my questions about their policies and practices regarding newborns and infants to see if I wanted to move forward with them once my baby was born, we left and went on with our day.

Fast forward a few weeks, and I was surprised to receive a bill for my visit. Thankfully insurance covers half, but it is still significant considering what was done in-office- like I said a weight and height check and blood pressure reading. I reached out to clarify with the practice assuming there must be a mistake and they shared it is their policy that if anyone meets with a provider that this is considered a patient visit and billed like one. Despite referencing their "policy" mulitple times in person when I questioned, the part of the policy that involved billing was never shared. This is also not expressed on their website, nor when I was in person and questioned why I was being treated like a patient when I was just there to interview. I would caution any parent who is interviewing providers to consider this when reaching out to Holy Family as any visit with a provider will be charged.

All this said, I want to again reiterate that the staff and NP I met with were very kind. I know this is a newer practice and they are still finding their way with communication and processes with patients. Despite welcoming my feedback, they did not offer any assistance and I am stuck with an unexpected bill for a visit I didn't know I was signing up for. For these reasons, I cannot provide a higher star rating.

Dr. Keenan is amazing and so considerate. We love that he makes us feel heard and understood while giving the best medical advice he can. We know our family is in hands at Holy Family Health!

I love this office! I felt heard and understood and wasn’t pushed medications, but instead was able to create my own “plan” and talk it through with the doctor. I’m so happy I found this office. The staff were caring and sweet. I’ve never felt so comfortable at the doctor!

Highly recommend Holy Family Health! Dr. Keenan and his staff are extraordinary. They are warm, welcoming, and take their time. My entire family sees Dr. Keenan, from my newborn to my parents. We are all extremely happy with his care and so happy for him in his new practice.

We are so glad we found Dr Keenan's office! We couldn't be happier. He actually listens to your concerns, makes you feel heard, and provides you conventional medical treatment options, as well as alternative methods of healing.

The office staff is very friendly & professional too. I had a small medical emergency, and Robin in the front office worked with me to get seen the same day.

Our family looks forward to being under Dr Keenan's care for the foreseeable future. We highly recommend this practice!
