"You look too comfortable to be in pain" this was the exact statement the doctor said to me. Excuse me? I fought the urge to curse him out right there as I've been suffering for the last 5 days and wouldn't have came in if I wasn't in extreme pain. I had to go back and forth to even be properly checked out and get an xray done. I use to be prescribed medication for my painful menstrual cycle so excuse me for being conditioned to look fine while hurting! He didn't take my pain seriously and when i thanked him for finally doing an xray, that i fought for, to rule out any serious problems he responds yea it was for you not me with a condescending matter of fact tone. Disgusting and unprofessional!! Went from oh its just muscle pain to my rib cage is inflamed which is causing the pain. Pretty sure the xray is what showed you that 🙄. Will NEVER come here again. 2 stars because the ladies up front were welcoming and pleasant very sweet all around. The doctor however should be replaced with someone who is actually willing to do their job. Talking down to your patients and down playing their pain is not how a medical professional should conduct themselves. Had he known I've taken medical classes for the last 5 years maybe he wouldn't of spoken to me as if I'm some illiterate child then again it seems he talks to all women that way.

I had a great experience during my visit this past Monday, December 16, 2024. I highly recommend this facility.

One of the front desk workers was very nice and pleasant. The other front desk worker —- not so much. However, do not be discouraged —with a little communication and self-awareness of how customers perceive her “fixed scowl” facial expression, she can remedy this.

I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. This is always a bonus when you are feeling unwell. Once I was called to the back, everyone from the nurse, doctor, and radiologist were extremely professional and kind.

Again, an overall exceptional experience!!!!

Holy Cross Urgent Care is my go-to not only for my family's urgent care needs but also for things like sports physicals. Recently I went for an MRI and was pleasantly surprised that the radiology readings were available within hours even though the radiology technician said it would be 24 to 48 hours. Super efficient!

Very disappointed with the level of service I received. I came in stating I hurt my shoulder giving very good detail to the PA of what happened. Only to view my visit note with things I never told the provider. As a medical professional myself I know how important it is to pay attention to detail and document encounters accurately. I normally would have went to the ER but I took a risk and came here. Never have I had a medical professional document what they think you said and happened vs what you actually said. I have always had good experiences with holy cross but this has been a bad experience.

Excellent care by the whole staff. Check in was a breeze. The lady that checked me in even helped me with a Medicare issue. The RN was so so kind and helpful. The PA really gave me a look over and was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you all. And be safe on your scooters as I wrecked again on my way home and ended up in the hospital. I'm fine now.

I just left Urgent Care. I arrived at 8am when they opened. Was in and out in 35-40 mins. Everyone was pleasant and kind from the receptionist to medical assistant who took my vitals to the PA. The office and bathroom were clean.

I’d definitely come back here if needed. TO STAFF: Thank you 🙏🏾 ALL for a good medical experience. Much appreciated.

I was very pleased with this walk-in facility. The front desk found my account with HC and check process was simple. The staff and Doctor worked as a team being thorough to address all my issues. They explained each step they were administering and what I should expect to monitor my progress. Good job!

Very helpful. Not a long wait. Saw a nurse AND A doctor. My appt was at 11::00 and I was out by 11:50. Amazing. If I went to ER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 10 hours! I highly recommend this Urgent Care for non emergency medical issues. The women at desk were super nice even after a totally rude man was yelling at one of them. Very professional people there.
