Professional and courteous. Some negative reviews remarked about the IV procedure. The needle is much larger than when one gives blood. There is going to be mild discomfort. Really mild.

Horrible. My insurance covers for colonoscopy. Been mislead and still paying for outpatient facilities and anesthesiologist not filled properly to my insurance. I have colon cancer history on both sides of my family. Crucial to me to be tested at no expense , as my insurance covers it and they ripped me off. Very unholy

I went to get blood work done, and I was in and out within less than 15 minutes. Over the years every time I get blood work done the girl normally hurts me really bad and bruises me for several weeks. The girl today named Angelique was super Duper awesome times 1000. .
She got me done the very first time with zero pain and no bruises. I highly recommend her.

I had to get blood work done. First and last time I go there. There was a short girl who hurt me so bad not only did I feel it down my forearm and hand , She bruised me bad. I’ve never had this experience. My daughters are nurses and they told me she either hit a nerve or went too deep. I’m currently not able to use my left arm. When I asked her why it hurt so bad she said and I quote “I don’t know “ really!!!!

Recently, I visited Holy Cross Outpatient Center to accompany my husband for a procedure. Medical visits are often a very stressful time for patients, but Holy Cross staff were warm and accommodating. I couldn't have been more impressed with the care and attention they showed each patient. In particular, Nancy Snell, who is responsible for checking patients in was absolutely lovely. Her welcoming demeanor and helpfulness eased the tension for everyone. She is truly an asset for both the hospital and its patients.

First the hours posted on the website are incorrect. Posted opening 5:30am. Actual opening time 6:30am. This is by far the most disappointing facility I’ve ever been to within the Holy Cross network. The facility itself needs some work and the front desk clerk boarders on being rude. She needs to be replaced as she wAs rude and disrespectful to 3 people in front of me.

They aren’t as friendly as they should be considering it’s their job to take care of patients. I called to get my bloodwork results and they told me to call the medical records phone number then I called the medical records and they told me to call the outpatient lab.. no one seems to want to do their JOB. It’s so annoying. I’m sick of the medical field. You can’t ever speak to a manger or get issues handled. Hopefully the appropriate personnel take a look at this and at least manage their system better.

The lab here is just as slow as Quest/Lab Corp. You won’t be in and out in less than an hour even if you show up when they open. The staff were generally friendly though. No appointments. Walk in only.
