HORRIBLE experience. 1 star is a gift. Had my initial physical therapy appointment today at 12:30. Arrived at 12:16, check-in, and hand over all the paperwork. Receptionist takes my copay, tells me to have a seat, and the therapist will be right with me. 35 minutes later after another receptionist asks my name. She tells me my appointment was 11:50, I'm late, and can't be seen. I tell her it's for 12:30 and to look at the paperwork where it is clearly stated. She tells me it was changed to 11:50. I say, if it was no one followed up with me regarding it. I've received no texts or calls to change my appointment. She rudely and indignantly continues to argue with me that it was for 11:50. I ask her why didn't receptionist #1 say something when I checked in 35 minutes ago? I also ask her when it was changed, by whom, and who confirmed it with me, the patient? She can't find any record of any of that in her system. Obviously someone changed it without any follow-up with the patient. She asked me if I wanted to wait for another therapist to free up in 20 minutes or so? I tell her, NO, I've already wasted more than an hour of my day plus the time it took to fill out all the paperwork before I came. If they can't follow through on appointment time changes, not so sure I want to trust them with my health. Asked for my co-pay back and went upstairs to get another script for some place that has it more together. Very disappointing. Not surprised to see all the one star reviews. Across the board, HC needs to pick up the phone and actually communicate with their patients.

Avoid if you have responsibilities. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment for a 5 minute paperwork process. My appointment is at 3:15. It’s 3:45 and I’m offered to be sat in the back behind two patients because I complained. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if both parties aren’t going to fulfill their end of the bargain.

Went to my initial consultation with the Physical Therapy today & the experience with the front desk was horrible. The woman working there was so busy on her personal phone that she never acknowledged me & when I asked for a sign in sheet she was rude & dismissive. I received the paperwork to fill out & after 45 min she was in the bathroom on her phone cause she came out with it to her ear & the other lady went into the adjacent room & asked for help stating the woman was in the bathroom for some time but no help came. My appointment was for 3:30 p.m. & at 4:35 pm I left in disgust. Holy Cross is going downhill fast I’m going to look into Cleveland Clinic or Baptist Health. I have great insurance I don’t need to be treated poorly. I’ll alert my insurance company that I was never seen. Facility is only as good as the front office staff. Invest in better quality workers, it’s rough I know.

I had a complex bone graft procedure done by this institution. Unfortunately, since they were unable to negotiate a new contract with Cigna, they can no longer see me without the imposition of excessive costs or use of out of network benefits for my follow ups. I had a good experience until i was informed that any follow ups regarding my surgery would be out of network even though they were in network at the time i had surgery. Therefore, I am now forced to go to a doctor who did not do my procedure if there are any problems that arise. This is not ideal and I would not recommend Holy Cross to anyone in need of serious medical procedures.

I know I have to put a star, but I wish I could take it away. First place ever I wouldn’t say it’s a doctor. It’s just the staffing starts from from first

I strongly recommend Dr Kevin Wang and his team for any Knee surgery that anyone may need. They are ALL wonderful, caring and extremely professional....Julie is Dr Wangs assistant also extremely qualified for any knee or hip procedure....the Physical Therapist are on the first level and also a 5 Star for them.....one day after my Partial......I was walking and immediately started my Physical therapy......please build up some muscle on both legs BEFORE your procedure....this will have you walking in no time at all....I don't even feel my two piece prosthetic....it is Smooth while I ride my bike daily as well as for walking...... Extremely Satisfied with Dr Wang and his entire group.....Not 5 Stars....100 Stars ...

Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere. I have been repeatedly dismissed and gaslighted by the staff. I called to explain problems and increasing pain after my surgery at a time these things should be decreasing. I was continually told what I was experiencing was normal and that I just didn’t know what to expect with this particular surgery. In addition to the pain, I was losing sensation in my foot and they still forced me to wait two days to change my cast. An appointment I believe was done just to appease me and not because they actually believed me or cared. Even when the nurse came in after the cast was removed she dismissed what I was experiencing as being completely normal. Cutting the cast off was immediate relief. By the afternoon, I had regained feeling in my toes, the bottom of my foot and my heel, and my nerve pain dropped over 75%. I only got this relief because I persisted that something was wrong even though they clearly didn’t believe me and didn’t want to do anything to help. What I was experiencing wasn’t normal and wasn’t ok. Worse than that is the treatment by the staff at this facility.
