I had an excellent experience at Holy Cross Health Center on Sistrunk. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the nurse and nurse practitioner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. A special thanks to Valerie and Vanessa, who took great care of me and showed genuine interest in my case. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and improve my health conditions. The nurse practitioner Valeri is an angel and her nursing team are the best. However, the new front desk clerk is quite rude and barely answers the phones. I wish she had more training and patience to deal with patients.

Absolutely amazing staff! Ever since I made the first phone call. They are so friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and cared for immediately. Dr. Valerie Fox took the time to listen to all my concerns to ensure I got the proper care and was well informed. I’m so happy to have her as my primary doctor and would highly recommend her. Overall, amazing care from the first phone call.

My experience at the office was good thanks to her assistant and front desk clerk they were very helpful in making sure all appt and visits went well and Ms Vanessa keep doing what you do and caring for your patients.

This is the best Hospital in all of Broward...the staff...and experience was the best...they are caring and kind and make sure you are most comfortable... now this is a place with A-1 nurses and doctors who are compassionate on what they do and most of all compassionate with care... words can't express on how they helped me with my arthritis pain and was the only hospital I actually noticed a difference... thank God for this hospital and the people who actually take the time to care... some hospitals like Broward General on Andrews should learn from them...
