This marks my initial visit to this facility, where I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Shortly after my arrival, they escorted me inside to take my vital signs, and Dr. Schapiro arrived shortly thereafter. He dedicated nearly 40 minutes to thoroughly assess my health condition, demonstrating considerable experience and patience in addressing my concerns. He promptly ordered the necessary tests to ensure everything was in order. I hope that my future visits will be as pleasant as this one. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

I've been a patient for 5 years now and Holtzman Medical Group is hands down my favorite provider. I've seen Dr. Schapiro and several different nurse practitioners/physician assistants, and each one has been fantastic. They are patient and spend the time to listen to my concerns and needs; I never feel rushed and am consistently listened to thoroughly and compassionately. Their online scheduling system makes it super easy to get an appointment, and they are prompt in sending referrals and prescriptions.

I recently changed my PCP to one working within HMG. Between scheduling my first appointment over the phone, and my first in-person visit to the office the experience has been excellent. Their office has an energetic and welcoming feel, and is the first medical facility I've ever visited that actually smells pleasant (lol). I didn’t feel like she was just trying to get me out of the room so she could get to her next patient. I also didn’t feel written off as I have with so many other doctors. She took her time to listen to my many concerns and talked through each one with me, never making me feel like I was wasting her time or like my concerns were stupid. I’m so grateful to have found Dr Holtzman and his amazing team. This is not a big, impossible to deal with corporation. This is a local doctor who owns his practice and hire a team that provides great patient care and customer service. Sick visit was available the same day. Annual visit within a month. I recently communicated with Amy about a billing concern and she solved for me very quickly and nicely!.
I think I found a unicorn and wanted to share with anyone who is looking for proper medical care instead of the ridiculous treatment that seem to be the acceptable standards in the other offices-corporations
