Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub could use some routine maintenance. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My friend enjoyed the breakfast. Housekeeping daily, although housekeepers were visibly annoyed with my request to start cleaning at noon. Free parking. Very convenient location.

This hotel was better than expected! Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Room was large, bright, and airy. Two small stains in the carpet (appeared to be coffee spills from previous guests). Room could be completely darkened for sleeping. Bathroom was immaculate but for a small streak left across part of the base of the tub (from a mop?). I loved the bright mirror light at the one sink. There were two sinks, which would be super convenient for two guests. Coffee machine was well stocked and refrigerator and microwave were clean. At first the bedding seemed like it wasn’t going to be warm enough (very light weight) but I was cozy and snug all night. I was graciously offered a water bottle for my travels when I checked out.

The front desk agent was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. He was incredibly helpful in recommending some of the best dining options in the area and provided great insight into local attractions. His knowledge and warm demeanor made a strong impression.

Although this was just a one-night business trip—and I typically don’t expect much from such brief stays—the experience was so enjoyable that I told my wife we should consider coming back for a weekend getaway with the family. I truly appreciated the level of service and hospitality.

Spending 40th birthday with my wife and son this weekend was awesome. Check in was a breeze, had everything ready to go within 2-3 minutes. Every time we passed by a hotel staff greeted us with Hi or Hello. Our room was very clean and neat. Though we were by the 101 freeway we didn't hear too much noise surprisingly.

We enjoyed the breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. My son loved the automatic pancake maker. devoured about 4-5 easily. could have as many as we wanted which was really cool.

The only con, was the turn in we missed it because the sign was blocked by shrubs and bushes. maybe a bigger sign to pull in the future would help.

Overall, it was an Excellent stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Was greeted with a friendly welcome smile, upon our arrival. Good eye contact. Thanked us for being a IHG member. Gave us a couple of cold waters to drink. The next day my husband realized he didn’t pack his shaving cream. The front desk was nice enough to provide a trial size. The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The server was very pleasant, with a smile and a warm “good morning.”

Overall, it's not a bad stay, I'd say just average or slightly above average. The bed is a tad bit too soft to me.

However my biggest dislike is about the light pollution, there are just way too much light bleed through into the room.

1. the light on the balcony is too bright, and the curtain is not black-out enough to block the window.

2. the door can use some weather stripping at the bottom, the light that shine through the bottom crack is like a LED strip.

the 2nd night I got a hold of an eye mask and it's better. So bring one of your own!

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. VERY affordable. Close to Highway but was quiet. Typical hotel breakfast. Super comfortable bed. I do wish we hadn’t eaten before we arrived because I would have loved to try out the restaurant next door!
I do wish the room would have had a sitting chair in addition to the desk chair.
