I had an excellent experience at Houg Urgent Care. The facility is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Do not trust this clinic. The clinical people are not very good at their primary task. The PA and nurse do not care about a quality diagnosis. I went there with an obvious upper respiratory and sinus infection and they did nothing. Very bad experience. The place has an annoyingly negative attitude. I went to a different local urgent clinic in the RSM area and they were great they gave me a prescription for my sinus infection and it has worked very well.

My first visit was great. Got to get treated right away 😌 . Much faster than Kaiser. My results were very quick to process. The doctor was able to figure out why I wasn't feeling well.

My toddler saw Dr. Sharon for an Urgent Care visit and I was very satisfied with the treatment we received. Actual wait time was much shorter than estimated wait time. Facility is very clean, staff was kind and professional. Kids get a stuffed bear on check in.

I was unsure about selecting where to get medical care being newer to the area but I am glad that I found this place. The facility is very nice, clean, and modern. The check in and wait before being seen was minimal and I was with my Doctor right when my appointment time was, not still being checked in or vitals being taken. This will be my primary care location from now on for sure.
