My son recently needed oxygen Monday. They did not show up until Wednesday. .... AFTER SEVERAL calls to their office and continuous long waits. My son did go a period of time without his oxygen due to this ridiculousness. All HME would say is we will be there and we tried calling you- never received any calls on my cell and home phone.

I recently had to change companies due to insurance and the only option aside from McKinley Medical Supply was HME. I am still having a difficult time reaching anyone in the office and when I finally get someone on the phone they are beyond rude and hang up on you. It is hard to get back in contact with them as you are stuck with long wait times on the phone and even if you choose the option to have your spot in line saved and receive a call from them they will wait until it is almost closing time to return your call. This is one company I do not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with! Called 2 days in a row and still never talked to anyone! I've been waiting for my cpap machine for 3 months and can't get any answers because the office here says call Albuquerque but Albuquerque NEVER answers! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Its now January 2023 and I'm still waiting for a machine! Had my sleep study done in August and still no clear answers!

My family went with this company to help with my moms after care from the hospital. Also took them many hours to set up the hospital bed that was needed to care for my mom . They told us it would take 2 hours and ended up to be 4 and a half hours later. The company said they could not locate the truck that was lost some where in town. They told us that they are here if you have any questions. I called Fawn Mabes multiple times and was sent to voicemail. Still have not heard back. Had may problems with this place. Had equipment problems took them 4 hours for them to get the oxygen machine working. First was the wrong one the tech guy had to go back to the warehouse to clean another oxygen machine for my mom. Also was talking to them on the phone and telling them what was going on with the oxygen machine and how we need it to be working properly. The guy on the phone did not seem to care to much about what was going on with the equipment that was provided. I would really think twice about going with this company. Need lot of work with this place.

Poor social skills. Employees are rude and treat paying customers like they are bothering them. Phones are often times taken off the hook during business hours; almost impossible to get someone on the phone in order to change out tanks at the location. When scheduling tank drop off, they rarely come at scheduled times.

Plan ahead if you have to use them for your family, don't allow your tank supply to get low because you'd be lucky to get what you need in time.

Called over 10x during business hours and no one would pick up the phone. This place is a freaking joke!
