Great place to relax. We had king suite with balcony and loved the view. Very comfortable suite with everything as listed. The resort is undergoing issues with their outdoor pool. All other facilities are fine. Had a few minor issues with a hair dryer and shower head which were promptly and courteously dealt with. Loved the front desk staff!!

I booked the hotel through Expedia, on the website it had a lot of nice pictures and the description of the exterior pools and hot tub etc. But after booking I was informed that the pools etc are currently closed and under construction. That's false advertisement and very disappointing. The location of the hotel was good. The soap dispensers in our room were completely empty, for that I should actually give a 1 star.

Booked this property previously for spring break and enjoyed the pool and beach access with 5 kids on the trip. This year we were due to arrive in 2 weeks and now get an alert that majority of the amenities are closed. Why would the resort wait until so close to the reservation to disclose these problems We could have booked something else, since the selling point was the pool for these kids. Will make me second guess booking here in the future.

Update: we were allowed to use the pool at the Daytona regency 15 min down the road, but the front desk staff there were very annoyed and rude any time we would check in to use the facilities there.

Room had dirty carpet and smelled like cigarette smoke. You can hear the noise in the hallway and room above very well. We didn't sleep well at all due to that. It did have a nice view. Parking is a disaster! We saw a 2 vehicles get damaged due to the parking there.

Started off on the wrong foot at check-in. The woman who checked us in couldn't have been more patronizing and condescending. Nice try on the gotta get your parking pass from sales manager trick. I knew something was up when the front desk person called her to ask if she was doing parking passes. The room was in need of updating. Furniture and night stands were chipped. The phone didn't fit on night stand so they placed it on partition between kitchen and living area. The bathroom had the feel of a cheap apartment with small plastic stand up shower and very small vanity. On the upside the room was bright and beachy. The TV also urked me. I'm not there to spend a lot of time watching it but give me a channel other then three networks to watch because Cozi just doesn't do for me. The beach was the highlight as one would think. The few extremely cheap beach furniture (not the same as website pics) wasn't even close to enough for guests. You figured they have more since the entire pool deck is closed. And what exactly was the "resort fee" for? The flimsy beach furniture, the view, or maybe the dirty indoor pool that many hotels have but don't charge extra. I asked for a late check out since my status affords me it but I don't always expect it. I was confident since the parking lot was 3/4 empty. Spoke to the same person at check in who advised she could give me an hour so check out time became the usual hotel check out time of 11am. She advised there were a lot of check ins but if I wanted later I'd have to pay!!? What? So if I pay I can stay but status means nothing? Just another attempt at a money grab. To top it off the attitudinal front desk person didn't email my bill. It took six calls over two days for someone to answer the phone and it was finally sent (by a different person). Hilton you can do better!

Beautiful resort. We were in the south tower. There are many activities for kids of all ages. Table tennis, shuffle board, board games, puzzles, etc. There is a lazy river pool, hot tub, and grilling area. The rooms have everything you need and are beautiful.

Location was fantastic, unit great, amenities PERFECT. You truly have everything you need right here and you don’t have to leave! Lounge (in the North Tower) has sectional couch with TV, games, kitchenette… across the hall are the ice and vending machines, including one with ice cream! The pool has no deep end, which was perfect for my kids and my ability to truly relax! There is a “kiddie” side on one end, a small lazy river in the middle, and an adult side on the other end. There are plenty of tables and chairs, as well as a grilling station and beach access with a shower to rinse off. Our unit 220B was spacious, clean, and everything worked just fine. There are two balconies- one large one that ran the length of the master bedroom and living room, and a small one off of the second bedroom. The master bath has a LARGE soaking tub. Comfortably fit two large adults. Close to many activities and Daytona Beach. You can drive your vehicle on the beach itself, and the ice cream truck comes by the water every afternoon! We would come back here a million times over!!!
