Everyone there explains everything and lets me know what is going on. All of the dentists are so nice and concerned about making sure you understand what needs to be done and answers all my questions.
And Melissa is the absolute best front desk person that they could ever have. She is always such a joy to talk to and she explains all of my insurance questions.

Very friendly staff from the moment you call. I felt safe and cared for during my appointments. I really appreciate that they explain procedures to you and any treatment options and let you have a voice. The relationship between the Dr and assistants was great to experience also, they worked so well together and the Dr wasn't afraid to teach or explain at any moment. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I told them before I wasted a ton of money that I only needed one tooth in the front fixed because it has chipped. 50 X-rays later and they hand me an estimate for almost 8 grand! And never fixed the tooth! Awful communication! They just want to upsell you to death! Never addressed the one tooth in specific. Said it needed a crown and would put just an overlay on it.

Dr. Smith was excellent. After many years of not being able to get to the dentist, he was able to clean my teeth beautifully and painlessly and without shame!😆 I had two cavities filled, one very large one, and I am very pleased with the results. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making a visit to the dentist, pleasant and calming instead of full of anxiety!
