My 3 stars are for the Dr only. She genuinely cares and listens. Was her patient for 6 years.
Her staff is the worst! The man that answers the phone is so rude and won't listen and has even hung up on me. About a year ago he told me go find another Dr if you don't like it.

When you call the office, you get an actual person. When you request an appointment, you get one within two weeks. When you see your doctor, you see YOUR doctor, and she explains everything to you carefully, not looking at a computer screen. She speaks to you with care, as a person. If you are looking for genuine care, she is the one to see.

Sadly, I'm dropping a couple of stars since the start of the year. It now takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours from your appointment time to see the doctor. The male receptionist who answers the phone has been rude lately. You can't get your prescriptions refilled quickly, and not at all if you don't go in to sit for two hours just to have seen her to get approval, and there's been no change or tests done, so what are you seeing for? Your time and comfort is not important.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Pa Hue and we are all dissatisfied with our service. Not only am I waiting 2+ hours for an appointment because they overbook, I can never get any help from their front desk when I need it. I have a reoccurring prescription I need every month and they always have issues approving it making me late on my medication. I don’t get why it is so difficult to get my medication when it’s supposed to be reoccurring. I am frequently calling them because the pharmacy does their part and all they say is I don’t know what to tell you & hangs up. This has happened multiple times. Do not recommend this office. Find a PCP with a better front desk staff. You won’t get anything done here.

Was a first time patient here. I got here 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and ended up waiting a total of 40 minutes plus the 15 minutes I got their early AFTER my appointment time was scheduled. I got to watch 5 people get called ahead of me. Definitely not coming back.

They could easily solve their problem by moving their new patient forms online and handling that ahead of time.

I love Dr. Pa heu. She explains everything thoroughly and with a lot of patience. I recently got kasier and had to change my primary dr. And I was always treated like a transaction. I’m excited to return back to her office. Such a kind soul.
