"I have original Medicare. They have signage that states they take Medicare but I have called to make an appointment they said I can not be seen without a referral. I was told by my PM that with Original Medicare you do not need a referral to be seen. I went to the location and they again told me that I could not be seen without a referral that is their policy. So what is it you take Medicare or you do not see any patients without referral irregardless of insurance type. If you have original Medicare Hernando Pain Management center is not for you."

I also was treated terribly and was screamed and yelled at by the lady name Emma because I thought I didn’t have my insurance. United Healthcare sent me six cards and then Humana , which is the one I’m supposed to be on did not make the appointment because of the confusion with my healthcare insurance. that woman,EMMA,screamed and yelled at me, and then she told me Now you’re gonna pay!!!! She put me down as a no-show and wanted to charge me $120. If I was a no-show, you probably didn’t remember because of the way you screamed and yelled so bad that I canceled the appointment the day before I wasn’t sure about my insurance, and she told me the screaming voice that I had Insurance and now you’re going to pay!!!
Then she put me down as a no-show charge me $120 so I called my insurance company. She is not allowed to do that. First of all. I was not a no-show if I was a no-show I wouldn’t have even called. this woman needs back into retirement!!! Emma was brought back because she is good at what she does( that’s what I was told. but she needs to go back into retirement. But I really do want to go back because I need to do surgery and I like Dr. Wessium Guerguss.
to understanding pain doctor. Dr Sidhom is not the same as him. And you have to wait hours in the doctors office. Who wants to sit in the doctors office for hours so it must be a reason why they over schedule for sidhom.
And then get screamed and yelled at over the phone by the insurance lady in his office, Emma. Told me and now you’re going to pay. I am on Humana Medicare/Medicaid. I supposed to pay $120 to you. please Emma retire.

My boyfriend has been seen by Dr. Gerguis in the past and really liked him, he was scheduled for injections, but they had to be rescheduled. He has been calling for a month now trying to get it rescheduled to no avail. Now today I happened to be sitting here when he called and the lady who does the scheduling was beyond rude! And I mean beyond! She gave him zero info as to when she had an idea when they could schedule, it wasn’t till he got upset and told her he needed to find another doctor did she change her tune and start giving him some answers. I feel this doctor REALLY needs to check on his office staff because this lady’s customer service skills are horrible.. I will be actively finding him a new pain management doctor solely because the front desk lady I want to say her name is Emma, was crazy rude for absolutely no reason. Do better!

I was very nervous to attend my first appointment. Having just moved here from Canada I was really hoping it was a good office and that the Dr. was good. I was stressing myself out for nothing. Although I waited for 3 hrs. and 30 minutes. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and answered any question I had without hesitation. It was so comforting. I was pleasantly surprised how kind the Dr. was. (even though he was running behind) He took the time to explain procedures to me and reassuring me . My overall experience was GREAT. Thank you to all the staff for doing a great job.

I have treated with Dr. Sidhom for several years. Sadly I feel that he brings in several patients that are scheduled for the same time. Wait times are upwards of 2 plus hours. This is at the Spring Hill office. He also has another office in Brandon Florida. I will be switching to another Doctor because he doesn't care how long he keeps you waiting. His wife Jean is the office manager and sadly she is very rude and disrespectful. I definitely feel that the amount of money they bill your insurance company is better off spent elsewhere.

My first experience was horrible.. Waited 2 hours to be seen. The script I was written is out of stock. My husband called this morning to find out what alternative is available. The young spazzed out woman who answered the call accusing us of having just called and wanted to know why we were calling again. I EXPLAINED to her that we had NOT called previousley. I asked her who it was and what the previous call was in regards to.. She couldn't answer.. I asked her if MAYBR just MAYBE it may have been my pharmacy... Oh and to be told by someone who does NOT have non curable, progressive disease that they, the staff, understand the dichotomy and symptoms is one of the rudest and most condescending comments anyone can make to any patient with a progressive non curable disease. You do not get it at all untill you get it (the disease that is. To have contractures is like being in labor with your childs head crowning and you are in a full on non stop contraction.) If you live with that daily on a daily basis then you get it.. The office staff has to be trained in empathy and professionalism..

I am not a patient, here, but I do take a cousin for her treatment. You walk into a waiting room with 4 long rows of chairs, seating at least 30 waiting people. Every time my cousin, an 86 year old severely arthritis, goes she has to fill out a large pile of papers. Yesterday, after an hour, she was called to fill the papers. Then, another half hour later, taken back for vital signs. Then, back to wait. We left after 2 1/2 hours, waiting. Given the choice, I would NEVER go here. The doc may be good, but to sit and wait a minimum of 3 hours every time to see him is totally unacceptable!

As a former patient I would not recommend this office. Went over three years ago and from the reviews it sounds like nothing has changed. Wait for 3 to 4 hours, I left there at 7pm for a 3:45 appointment. Staff is not friendly and can be vengeful if you leave for another doctor. DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER CLINIC!
