Absolutely love all the staff.They are extremely helpful and polite and really care about the children. Mrs. Irena is the best. My boys absolutely love, miss Nicky.

Dr.Ward is the best hands down, she always takes time to get too know her patients and about more than just their health. She had tons of patients but treats each one like they are here only one, talks to the kids about their pets, friends and hobbies. With all that she is a very knowledgeable doctor knows what she's doing. Also the office staff are great and helpful. The other Doctor is also great Dr. Wong and the P.A they have Nicky is wonderful. Highly recommend any one of them.

The Doctors themselves while you are in the room seeing them are great. However, when you call for information on who they would refer you too for certain things they never call back and just ignore your message. Then when you want there opinion since your child is under their care since an infant they don’t want to help. Very frustrating.

I'm honestly SHOCKED at the bad reviews. Just remember, most people only leave a review if they're unhappy, so for one bad review there are MANY more happy, satisfied patients. I've been bringing my children to see Dr. Wong for eleven years, since my oldest was born. We LOVE Dr Wong, Dr Ward, Nikki, and the nurses. Dr. Wong has never once made me feel like I was being a crazy, first time mom when I came to him with my concerns when my babies were little. He sat down at eye level with me, listened to me, told me his instructions, and them wrote them out for me. He picked up on things that even I didn't and recommended them to specialists. We moved to NPR for a couple of years and still kept Dr. Wong as the kid's pediatrician because he's that good. The wait is longer because the doctors/Nikki take their time with you and that should be applauded, not criticized. Also, if you call wanting to see a doctor because your child is sick, they will move heaven and earth to get you in the same day.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Dr.Ward is amazing, I met her in the hospital after my sons initial pediatrician was out so she filled in and she was so great we ended up going to her instead. The upfront office staff is absolutely terrible. They sound miserable, have no customer service skills, the phone always rings busy. They are absolutely terrible. I showed up 20 mins early to my appointment, after waiting for an hour and a half almost, i hear a medical assistant ask what i was still doing in the waiting room, uh WAITING TO BE CALLED BACK? This is only one of the many stories. If Dr. Ward wasn’t so great there’s no way I’d stay there. I truly hope Dr. Ward finds another office one day.

I just moved to FL with my son and immediately had the medical records authorization done. I called twice every day until it was received and because it was a disc Susan made it very difficult to get an appointment for my sick son. Susan refused to call the pediatrician and get the necessary docs. She told me I had too when it's her job. I had to get her name from a different person working their which was very nice Destiny. However, when I finally came in they didn't have it together at all. They couldn't find the faxed over info from previous pediatrician, couldn't find his mailed in records and my son was never seen. So I've found a better Pediatrics office. No one looked happy to be working their and someone even mentioned they might quit today. Not good for business.

Their phone almost always rings busy. Doctor Ward is friendly and polite but I wish she dressed more professionally. Doctor Wong could take a lesson from her in speaking and bedside manner. One day I showed up minutes before our appointment and the doors were locked for lunch, me and a handful of other patients had to wait outside until after my appointment time for them to let us in. Another day I went in and they charged us a sick visit fee even though Dr Wong barely listened to what I had to say and then sent us on our way without actually doing anything.

My son has been seeing Dr. Wong for many years, I recently had my other sons records pulled from Suncoast Pediatrics because of their inability to treat my son for a serious medical condition. Dr. Wong is the best and his staff is very friendly and accommodating.
