Heritage cares for my great aunt while she was recovering from surgery. The therapy team helped get her back on her feet and moving and my family and I are so grateful. My aunt is having a second surgery now and specifically asked to come back. Thank you to the staff at heritage for a safe place for her to land!

I have been going to occupational therapy with Shoshanna Abels for several months now. I got pneumonia and needed to be in rest home for rehab. I chose Heritage because of the wonderful atmosphere and service provided by Shoshanna and her team. They show great compassion for their patients and I really respect that work ethic. Hi,
I stayed in Heritage Health Care Center for 14 days after my TKR surgery. If I need to summarize my experience in a single sentence, I would say “ I came to the facility in a wheelchair on 6 June 2024 and walked out confidently on my feet on 19 June 2024”.
Although all the staff at the facility is very supportive, but I would specifically like to highlight the physical therapy staff at the facility. They are a group of highly skilled professionals who do their jobs to the highest level of satisfaction. They have magic in their hands which can transform stiff, immobile joints to smooth and gentle ones with their able hands. Diamond did a lot of hard work on my new knee and made my transition from walker to cane and then to my own feet possible within 14 days.
I wish the very best for all of them.

This place is amazing! My husband was visiting a friend’s Sister there and left his cell phone after he had driven four hours north he realized it. In a panic I called and said we will pay for shipping whatever we need to do. Can someone help? They didn’t skip a beat and said no we will ship it to you how kind, and at their expense. My mom, Bernice had been a patient at heritage a couple of times in the last year. I found that the staff was very attentive and met all her needs. She loved visiting with the other residence and also enjoyed going into the activities and playing bingo. She enjoyed the food, but especially enjoyed when some of the staff would bring her dishes from outside I would recommend heritage not only for her recovery, but also the great rehab department that they have.

I have been very thankful for the care Heritage Health Care Center has provided my mother and my daughter over the years. My mother always felt very comfortable there, and my daughter has enjoyed the extra activities and other residents.
