A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of experiencing my first facial appointment at Herbaluxe Organic Skincare with Galina, and I must say it was absolutely amazing. I booked the Ultimate Face Lift treatment, and from start to finish, it exceeded all my expectations.

In the past, my skincare experiences have often left me feeling frustrated, as many estheticians focus solely on extracting pores without addressing my specific concerns or goals. This was not the case with Galina. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss my skincare regimen, problem areas, and what I hoped to achieve. Her personalized approach and genuine care instantly put me at ease and set the tone for a truly relaxing spa experience.

When I arrived, I was dealing with dry skin and significant tension in my jaw muscles. Galina worked her magic, hydrating my skin and massaging my facial muscles in such a way that I could visibly see my high cheekbones again. She also performed an intraoral massage technique—a rare and highly specialized method that not many estheticians offer due to the expertise required. Both Galina and Nadia at Herbaluxe are trained in this technique, and it has made all the difference for me.

Over time, I’ve noticed that my facial muscles have started to droop, and my bone structure doesn’t appear as defined as it did in my 20s. However, after Galina’s treatment, I left feeling completely rejuvenated with glowing, refreshed skin. The intraoral massage also relieved so much tension in my jaw that I felt lighter and more relaxed overall.

I was so impressed with my experience that I booked a second appointment a couple weeks later. Nadia quickly responded to my last-minute text, letting me know she had a cancellation and could fit me in. Her attentiveness and quick response were incredibly appreciated. Nadia, like Galina, is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She began by asking me questions about my problem areas and any allergies I might have to ensure my treatment was tailored to my needs.

During this session, Nadia performed a light peel and incorporated gua sha, followed by the intraoral massage, which I was thrilled to try again. I had been experiencing pressure in my jaw and an oncoming headache that morning, and Nadia worked on those tight muscles, providing immediate relief. By the time I left, I felt like a completely new person.

I can confidently say that I’ve found my go-to place for all my skincare needs. Herbaluxe Organic Skincare is a hidden gem, and both Galina and Nadia are truly exceptional. Their attention to detail, expertise, and dedication to providing a personalized and relaxing experience set them apart from other skincare professionals.

The facial massage was a highlight, incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques that left my skin feeling lifted, plumped, radiant, fresh and decongested. She worked with such care and intuition, it felt like a combination of science and art.

The overall experience felt like a restorative journey for both my skin and my spirit. And I was able to see a visible difference in my face immediately!

I had the beautiful opportunity to visit Nadia for a facial massage at one of her Massachusetts pop-up events today and to say I was blown away is an understatement. I throughly enjoyed every second.
