we went to see the Dr last two week ago, the nurse was super rude and unprofessional, we are total agree the review from Miss Marlene. The nurse was helping the provider. she was not fully translate the sentences from the doctor, she was adding her own opinion. Even the doctor didn't ask my dad the questions, but she was added on it and asking my dad so rude... it's not the professional place and cannot be acceptable.
We wish her supervisors can pay more attention for it and providing them a better training to improve their services.
People please careful for it.....

I am very disappointed in the services I received from this place. All the staff are rude, act racist and inhuman, and as if I have no rights to ask for the services needed, that I scheduled my appointment for that is covered by the (BASIC DENTAL INSURANCE) I was always told you will have to reschedule, or there are other patients who need to be seen. This was all the time after waiting so long to get an appt.

My tooth was chipped by the dentist, and I was told it would be repaired. That never happened after my anxiety was triggered and I had to let the office (Manager) know there are always doing me wrong. I became stressed, depressed and everything else.
I'm perplexed. I tried to forget about it but when I look in the mirror and see my front tooth clipped I'm bothered and will be filing a complaint plus. TO EMBARRASSED TO SHOW THE PICTURE

I honestly didn't have too much of a problem except with their only full time PA, Anna Ngo (located in city of industry). I've seen many other healthcare providers and she's one of the most frustrating ones. Talking over me while I explain my concern to her was one of the rudest bedside manner I've ever encountered from a provider, showing lack of care and focus towards my concern along with little communication and instruction, little critical knowledge in diagnostic medical care and skills assessment. She did not even apologize after I expressed my frustration of her talking over me. Just from personal perspective, there are those that passed through school and exams, but lack common sense and live skill assessments and she seems to be one of those. I'm usually very understanding and patient but I'm officially going to attempt switching my provider now. I wouldn't make an appointment with her unless it's the only last option available. I gave one star for Alice, the nurse was actually patient with me. I hope they hire another full time provider for availability of better options and optimal care.

Just visited the clinic today. The nurse (with a black wavy hair) is a little bit rude. She asked me the address of the pharmacy where to send my medicine but I can't give her the exact address coz I forgot already so I told her if she can check my information coz the address might be there. She just kept on saying I need the address. She's demanding not asking. Instead of remembering the address the more that i can't coz the way she asked me. She stressed me too much. I don't feel well at that time coz I took my pain med. I'm having nausea and dizzy. At the end, she asked me to relax after stressing me out coz she will take my blood pressure.

Rude dental assistants. Incompetent. Inconsiderate for patients who are afraid of dental treatments. Won't even allow family to calm the patients' nerves even though it would make their job easier. No one is closer to the patient than their family member especially for elders. Stupidity.

The dental clinic is fine, but the medical clinic side is horrible. They barely have any patients, but the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when you tried you ask them a question. It's like you are taking their personal time away because they want to sit there and browse on their computers.

I was first optimistic about coming.. due to the horrible reviews.. but my experience exceeded my expectations and the staff and DR. are very nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Dr. Tannous is very kind, caring and professnal. He could speak both English and Chinese. He is super nice and friendly to kids. He speaks English to my kids (who were born and raised up in LA), and he speaks Chinese to me since I am a new immigrant here. We feel so lucky to meet him as our doctor.
He spent 20 years in China for Medical Mission before, God bless you and us.
