The doctor/office will deny your prescription refill unless you see them every month. If my co pay wasn't 100$ per visit I'd gladly go but unfortunately to have a 100 dollar visit with only 5 minutes of seeing Dr. Kaw face to face so I can get my 10 dollar prescription shows how uncaring and cold this place has become.

Great experience getting my first Pfizer vaccination shot here! The staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciated that they had me stay 15 minutes after in their comfortable waiting room to make sure I was ok.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Kaw and his staff. I am his patient for 2 Months now. I am type 2 Diabetic and I suffer with obesity and high blood pressure. Dr. Kaw prescribed me Ozempic for my type 2 diabetes. I have no side effects. I have lost 15 pounds. I lost 4 Pounds the first week of treatment. His Assistant is wonderful. He advises me on what to eat and what not to eat.
The Office has a lab within the building making it very easy to get your labs done. Dr. Kaw is highly educated and knowledgeable. If you need to lose weight or need a care provider, I highly recommend him. I have also never had any problem with parking. There is always a spot in front of the building or on the side. Very Happy. Thank you to Dr. Kaw and his Staff.

If you feel completely defeated or challenged with your weight loss goals, I highly recommend Dr. Kaw. He and his team have demonstrated their exceptional commitment to my success. With their guidance, I surpassed my goals!! I would have NEVER EVER thought I could lose this much weight (40 lbs in 3.5 months). All the $$ money in training and dieting I have spent does not compare. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I am receiving. Dr. Kaw has served as a coach and dedicated practitioner. He is committed to your success. He really cares about your Overall health. They have made the entire experience enjoyable. I absolutely love going to his office. They also provide referrals to other specialty areas if needed and work together to get you where you need to be. As a VERY picky customer/client, I recommend him 10/10.

Needed a refill of seizure medication after a seizure and they would not refill my prescription and gave me a referral to a neurologist that was out of network. They would not provide me with a new referral (i called today and they referred me to the ER) and insisted I need to physically come into the office (can't drive because of seizure) for a refill or new referral. No offer of telemedicine. Just the most unhelpful least compassionate doctor I have ever met. The staff is great but Kaw himself is a abrasive and inflexible. He may be good at weight loss but sucks at regular care.

Went to this doctor in search for a local new doctor for myself. He was very nice, but as far as convenience, made things difficult. To start, I was given a very short supply of medication with no refills for hair loss, when my last doctor would give me much more. Also, when I asked for my other very basic medication for the cold sores he told me he couldn’t prescribe unless I actively had one. This medication only successfully works at the first sign of a flare up. Being as busy as I am, I recently had to go without since I don’t have time to get in for another appointment for such a basic but helpful medication.
