I’ve had a great experience with this clinic. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. They usually schedule my appointments for the same day, which is super convenient. I really appreciate how they take the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for the last couple of years and have never had any issues with the staff. However, today, check in was fine, the wait time was normal, and everything seemed to be going smoothly, but the nurse practitioner Kat was an unpleasant experience that no patient should have to deal with. She was very dismissive to everything I said, constantly citing my lack of insurance. I have been here in the past and know that I can pay cash for things such as bloodwork and X-rays, but today she simply told me, “I am not going to give you any treatment plan, as you don’t have insurance.” Again, never asking if I wanted to cash pay for anything. The rudeness and lack of interest in me as a patient will have me going elsewhere in the future.

I really appreciate how helpful all of the staff are. All of the nurses and doctors are accommodating and helpful as well. I’ve never had a better experience at a doctors office. I also loooooove the lady they have there that does the bloodwork. She is so nice and calms my nerves when it comes to getting my blood drawn.

I have been here many times and everything was fine. But that was over a year ago. Recently I made an appointment for pre-op paperwork. I waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken to a room. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment because I don’t want to make them run late and I respect their time. When finally seen, they took my paperwork and said we will send in your referrals for xrays, ekg and bloodwork. So I waited around for an hour for them to take my paperwork. Why didn’t someone take my paperwork and tell me that when I got there, or when I made the appointment. I didn’t “see” the doctor. Then when I complained they didn’t put in the requests and I had to call back 3 times. Several weeks later, I have finally seen everyone and waited a week for paperwork to be sent to them before making another appointment to get a release for surgery. I was a respectful 20 minutes early for my appointment. I was not even called to the desk until i had been there for 30 minutes. 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally in a room. Only to find out they didn’t have releases from 2 offices. They called and got one and the other told them I was not a patient, I guess they didn’t give my correct information because when I called they found it and faxed it over. The faxing did take two calls from me and one from their staff. The staff person never gave me their name. I explained what I needed when I made the appointment , why did they not check to see they had all paperwork prior to my arrival. Finally, They tell me they will fill out the release and I could wait in the lobby. Ok. After waiting over 30 minutes, I had to ask the desk staff and find out my paperwork was sitting there waiting for them to call me. I was in this office for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Probably would have been longer if I hadn’t asked for my paperwork.
I go into every appointment I have with a positive attitude and a smile. I respect their time and show up early. I have left here twice feeling abused and uncared for. My time means nothing to them. The office seems very disorganized and incompetent. I do not plan to return.

Great service , the MAs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been trying for years to get pregnant. I met with PA Seleek and he put me and my husband on hormone therapy (clomid) along with other medications and by my second cycle I was pregnant. We are due in July a little girl. I am very pleased with the care I was given and will continue to refer friends and family.

The amount of incompetency and cluelessness of this place is baffling.
We have had an appointment for today for over a month, where we confirmed that our two insurances were accepted. We called this morning to confirm our appointment and the time. When we arrived at the office, the receptionist informed us that one of our insurance was out of network (after we had confirmed), that the visit would cost us $250, and that they had tried to reach out to us. We have checked our calls and emails and have not missed any communication. It would have been helpful for them to let us know upon confirming earlier today and prevent us from wasting our time. This place is a joke and I understand the amount of negative reviews. I am kind of thankful that this all played out the way it did, and will be looking for a more professional and knowledgeable care provider. Please stay away.

ZERO stars if I could! This place is an absolute joke. Doesn’t matter what time you schedule your appointment for, they will have you waiting for hours.. even when they move you into a room you think you’ll be attended but no.

They also lie about their prices and what exactly you’re paying for. Went in last week to have Ondansetron prescribed because I have terrible Hyperemesis gravidarum and the doctor never sent over my prescription. I had to call their office and have them re-file it. Doctor wanted to follow up with bloodwork so we scheduled for today. When paying my visit my husband asked the girls at the front desk what exactly the $220 was for which they said ultra-sound, bloodwork, and to see the doctor. Fair deal we paid it and they had us wait in a different room to be attended for the blood work. The black woman there was incredibly RUDE and was shocked that I DID NOT want to pay $600 worth of lab results.. they never mentioned such a high fee and when I asked her why I paid $220 then she just said that’s to see your doctor.? I wasn’t even there to see the doctor I was there for BLOODWORK. Her whole demeanour changed when I did not want to pay her such an outrageous amount… just overall terrible service here.

I called to schedule an appointment for my pregnancy. It had been a month or so since I had gone, but they told me they discharged me for not coming and wouldnt take me. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and now I have to find a new dr. In my 3rd trimester. They also changed locations in that time as well. I don't even want to give 1 star because that is honestly so ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!

Update: couldnt find a doctor. Had to go 42 weeks to give birth, ending up having a stillborn. This office dropped me without notice, took a month to send my medical records to a new doctor. New doctor said no new patients. Thanks to this office, my baby died. This is a crime to do this to pregnant women!
