I am 43 years old and have had my share of different health care providers and this is by far the worst experience I have had with a medical provider as a whole. The doctor (Dr. Peng) listens to concerns and explains reports well however has no knowledge of up-to-date treatments or clinical trials and specifically said "I'm not as experienced as other specialty Dr's". The front office has no customer service experience and are rude. Their referral process severely lacks organization and I constantly have to call to remind them of pending referrals or else it will be forgotten about. I ended up this awful service after switching jobs that offered Blue Shield and it has been a challenging process with this provider. Plan to upgrade coverage and seek elsewhere.

It was like being treated in a third-world country. The facility was unkept. The first Dr didn't even want to do a breast exam for breast cancer, and the second doctor was just arrogant. I was lucky to be able to be switched to UCLA.

Dr Peng listens to his patients concerns and explains results and diagnosis preparing us for the treatment and we feel at ease knowing we have him on our side taking care of my uncle. It is great to find such a caring doctor in this chaotic world of so many scary diseases. My family and I are 1000 percent overjoyed knowing Dr Peng is part of the Healthcare team overlooking my uncles care. Thank you very much looking forward to a wonderful medical relationship under these circumstances we are going through he is our bright star that guides us in the direction of hope. For better quality medical care.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I underwent several months of chemotherapy and daily shots. Office staff rude and condescending and doctors nowhere to be found. Phones out of service frequently and when you manage to get through, hold times upward of 15 minutes!! Unbelievable. Dr. Peng is the exception to this criticism. He is understanding and seems to care. Otherwise I would say steer clear of this office if you are able.

Dr. Peng is awesome! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient; he is straight forward in a friendly way but explains things very well, and good at listening to your concerns. You can tell he cares for his patients.

The office staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The environment in the office is amiable which definitely helps when your seeing this type of specialist.

Dr. Vidito was very kind and compassionate. She was professional and cared for my sister well. She maybe wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but she was able to get the answers and help my sister get the best possible treatment. A better outcome would have been great, but there was no miracle to be had this time.I would recommend her to anyone.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible office staff, I could list all their names here. I was a new patient and scheduled with a Dr. Viditio, who didn't speak English and reeked of coffee. She was condescending and spoke *at me, and not with me. I needed a doctor who would work with me as a team. This doctor wasn't willing to listen to me, the patient, AND she left less than 30 days after my new patient appointment.

What a mess. Do not go here under any circumstances. The office staff throws tons of shade to the patient and the office manager ignores patients calls. Be warned!

Although I am new with Dr. Vidito, she appears to be thorough and someone who really cares about your issues and answers your questions. She is very respectful and does not rush you out like a number.
