If I could give no stars or better yet negative stars that is how I would rate Helping Hands. They were under contract with my Medicaid Provider yet in a months time they still did not provide me with a Home Health Aide. The person that came to my home to do the initial assessment was absolutely full of you know what. This agency is one of the worst ever. I would advise those who are looking for an agency for a loved one to not consider this one.
