The psychiatrist had eye surgery a few months back and hasn't been seeing patients. I just found out today, a week before my scheduled appointment. This situation was known to them for months. If I'd been made aware then, I could have been able to get another psychiatrist before my prescription ran out. It takes months to get a new psychiatrist. During that time, I'm going to have to be repeatedly hospitalized to get my medication because they have no contingencies to ensure patients' well-being in the event of the doctor being incapacitated.

This place is great! It was easy to find google maps got us here without any problems. We didn't have to wait long to be seen. Are counselor was very nice and professional. They even offer in home therapy. They also had a nice parking lot.

Dr. Bhatti was absolutely amazing.. since the new doctor has taken over the ability to get my sons medication has been reduced to none. The doctor received an eye surgery and did not have a doctor take his place to ensure patients are receiving the medication that they NEED. My son needs his medication for a successful day at school and they just directed me to his pediatrician who said they would rather not be refilling his prescription. I am very disappointed in the services I have been receiving from helping hands. Also terrible customer service, when I called upset about the situation the woman on the phone hung up on me which is very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

The Dr is only at this place once a week and prescribed my son much needed medication that never made it to the pharmacy! I never had that issue when Dr Bhatti was there! I’m so disgusted and feel as if they wasted my time! If you are in serious need don’t go here for help! They aren’t helping hands at all that should be taken out of the title! These people are not for you please go somewhere else! 🙄

Me and my husband took our child her about a week and half ago for help for the first time. The doctor was so unprofessional and rude. He didn't introduce himself he just started screaming at my child telling her that that you will not interrupt him when he talking my daughter has ASD and self talk all the time. Altogether rudeness to me and my husband. Still didn't get her medicine she needs. Very disappointing

I am a patient of Yolnie's and I haven't had therapy like this in years. From her professionalism, mannerisms, empathy, etc. She has helped me discover the best version of myself. I refer all of my coworkers, family, and friends to her. If you find the time, make your way to see her. She can help you too

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING.

The PSYCH IS ONLY AVAILABLE ONCE PER WEEK, and he is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. No empathy, will continue to cut you off, or completely ignore you, and then after doing a half a$$ job of listening tries to OVERPRESCRIBE MEDICATION. THIS IS A PILL MILL AND THATS ALL IT IS. Do NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE LOOKING FOR ACTUAL HELP. I Will be looking into reporting this place legally to all sources possible. You guys NEED TO FIRE HIM. If you see an old Indian man as your doctor. RUN !

This place is very unorganized. It’s hard to get appointments with therapist. Your first appointment is a intake appointment and then after that it takes awhile to get another appointment. Therapist appointments are online not in person and they use pacific standard time which is also confusing considering we are in FLORIDA. There is one physiatrist for the whole place and when you have those appointments it’s lines of people trying to see him. They book everyone for that one day he’s there. The physiatrist himself is not helpful nor does he seem interested in what you have to say. He rushes people in and out no one is in there longer than 10 minutes which is hard to address everything you need to address with him. I come to him for my second appointment I was in there for five minutes. He doesn’t give eye contact or show that he is actually listening. If you are actually needing help I recommend going somewhere else because this place could care less about your problems and more about getting money from your visit.
