Professional, straight forward, friendly and welcoming! Helping Hand provided me with all the knowledge I could need to feel confident and safe in a state of emergency. They answered all my questions thoroughly and put me at ease during the entire process. The office is easy to find, clean and organized. The equipment is in great shape and the staff was friendly. It did not feel like a test or like a consequential environment at all. I felt educated, encouraged and capable. 10/10 would recommend. The process is easy and very worth it.

Absolutely recommend using them to get your cpr and first aid card. Such a different environment than I’ve experienced before. You’re not just expected to sit for hours, Tina provides drinks and snacks and encourages you to move around. She’s very thorough and makes sure you are ready for an emergency.
