How do I begin to thank all the wonderful people of Heartlite Hospice? They have been there to help give me and my family, support during the last days of my father, my mother, father in law, mother in law, and my only child. They helped each of them leave this world with peace, dignity, Love, and unconditional support. Yes I have had great losses, over the past 7 years- but survived with greater strength and Faith due to the wonderful men & women at Heartlite. They were there to not only support my Loved ones on their journey, but to us that are left behind. They gave me the miraculous gift of giving me the understanding that “The Greatest and hardest, Gift of Love is to help your Loved one on the final journey in a peaceful, loving atmosphere”. They cared for my Loved ones as If they were their family. They provided from pain management, any health concerns, spiritual comfort, family guidance, to doing their hair, their nails and toe nails, just anything they could do to make those long hard days into great memories and many smiles we never expected. To anyone looking for end of life care help, my very Heart wants you to know how many losses I have survived and how precious the people of Heartlite made each journey special, individually unique and gave me such amazingly great experiences I carry in my every day life. This is an amazing group of people! Not only did they care for my grandmother with the utmost respect, they cared for the family! They loved us all, treated her like their own family and did anything we needed! It was so good to know we didn’t have to worry about the details during her sickness. We were able to focus on her and her alone!

They promise the world but deliver considerably less. Management is rude and incompetent. Social worker is bossy and rude. Nurses and aides are inexperienced and unprofessional. One nurse joked about putting bumper stickers on my husband's casket. These are not the people you want around during the worst time of your life.

My mother-in-law was involved in a devastating car accident June 28, 2018. She was left with a traumatic brain injury, multiple broken bones including her neck and back and in a coma. We were left with the decision to place her in a nursing home or our home with Hospice. The nursing home was not an option for us.
After meeting with Cheyenne and Amanda we began our journey with Heartlite. Everyone there went above and beyond our expatiations. Our Nurses; Arianna, Amy,Travis, Liz, Terri and Felina became a part of our family.
Upon her passing we received text's, visits at the funeral and a card. That meant so much to our family. We were not just a paycheck to them. They genuinely loved us as well. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are truly Angels on earth.
