This hospice has been around as long as I can remember. So much longevity in our area. They provide such a good service to our community and are highly involved in their market and are great partners in their community. Their services are timely, wonderful and they have very caring staff. Very reliable.

I can not say enough about how wonderful they were. We brought our Dad home on hospice in January and they were fantastic!! Emsley the nurse was amazing! She treated us like we were family and cared for my Dad like he was hers. The whole team from reception to the Dr's are wonderful! We thank you all for the love and support you showed to us.

We were told on December 6 that my wife qualified for hospice care. Doctor approved her and all documents were signed. She's been in a nursing home for over 4 years. Arrangements were being made to bring her home for final few days. Family and friends were notified and today Dec 7 the doctor changed her mind. If your loved one needs hospice care run as fast as you can from heartlessland. I can't believe they did this to a family that has been grieving for so long.

Heartland Hospice performed duties in a very inhumane manner. They managed my Mother's Hospice out of my home 2010-11. To be told I should leave the room in my own house because I told them to stop hurting her was unforgivable. I fired them and hired Stein Hospice, who brought care, compassion, and positive energy. Run from this group if you are considering. You have the right to fire them. Their actions and care haunt me to this day. Horrible!

The care my father in law is recieving is nothing close to what we were told he would recieve. He is supposedly continuos care, but there is only a heartland emplyee with him a few hours a day. We wete told he would be kept comfortable but 3 times so far his pain meds have worn off before he got more and he became delirious and highly agitated. My father in law was trying to get out of bed yesterday when my husband went in, no one was around. Where was his continuos care? Where is his comfort care?
