I love this pharmacy. They're fast and friendly and almost never have to pay anything when we go there. If we do have to pay the prices are way cheaper than anywhere else.

Worked with this staff on providing a community resource then became a customer in the pharmacy and get the same treatment in both situations. I was going on vacation and would have ran out of my prescription while out of state. However, in order to get it early I would have had to pay out of pocket which was over $500. The pharmacist found a way to give me a trial of the meds which cost me nothing. He was so caring and wanted to help and I'm very grateful!! Will never use another pharmacy.

Dealt with this place for a long time and service was always just good enough that I didn't bother going elsewhere. Most of the staff were short and/or rude with me most of the time or just said they didn't have my prescription when I could confirm otherwise with the Dr office. They simply didn't want to deal with me at the moment or make the effort to find anything out so saying no was better for them. most recently I had to pick up a medication that I had already been waiting for and they confirmed 2 days prior they had it and would fill it by Thursday. Calling on that day I was informed they were out of stock and then later told they just would not fill a prescription from that Doctor. Fair enough it is what it is but this was a decision made by them on their own prerogative. they could have informed me of this days prior rather than delaying me in receiving my medication for days longer. No other pharmacy or even the doctor themselves found any reason other than personal ones that heartland could not fill a legal and legitimate prescription from this doctor. I experienced unnecessary completely needless suffering for the simple fact someone at this pharmacy made a personal decision that my quality of life and lively-hood meant nothing to them and would not even explain or be honest with me as to why. I hope they know what they inflicted upon me but likely they don't even know or care if they did and adding that to the already stressful painful and terrifying situation of a diagnosis of an incurable disease I'm sure anyone reading this can imagine just how disgusted and appalled I am with this place. If 1 star is the worst rating just know they belong 6 feet under it.

I am trying to reach out to the owner. One of the pharmacy drivers hit my RV while I was out of town. I have contacted the store several times and was instructed that the manager would call me back. I have several witnesses and images from my security camera. Please reach out to me ASAP to handle this issue.
