Super unprofessional. Impossible to get a hold of. When you call them you get a voice mail that the scheduler will call you within 2 business days. I left a voicemail with the scheduler and it took them over a month to get back to me and they told me I had to get another referral because they took so long. I get the referral and leave them another voicemail. It has been over 10 days. I follow up and the phone just rings, it's like no one cares over there

I need you to know that if you get sent here you need to find another doctor office. This is the most incompetent office you will ever visit. Like if you had to come here for surgery, let's pretend, you would literally have to write on every limb of your body "not this one."

For years they would call my emergency contact's number who happens to be my father instead of me, the patient. They never corrected it in their system even though my dad would answer the phone and say "she's an adult she doesn't live here, don't call me"

They just sent me the blood test results of someone else to my home in the mail. Definitely a violation of the law.

Their referral coordinator is the most incompetent human being that roams this planet. I think she goes out of her way not to do her job. Everything she sends out to every specialist is wrong, every single time. I've been coming here on and off for 5 years. She's the worst. Even the referred doctors complain to me that she's the worst.

The office itself is outdated, dark and gloomy.

You can't even pay the copay online you have to mail them a check like we're back in the '90s.

I have tried to complain to an office manager, they won't give me anyone's name or number in the Sharp app even though I know they're getting the messages.

Run away! I beg you. For your health.

First off, I showed up for my appointment, guess what? The Doctor had rescheduled all of his appointments for that day, of course I was unaware of this. So they pushed my appointment for a month latter, on a location in Chula Vista, they called me to remain me about 8 times. I go to my appointment set for 8:45, and the front desk tells me I am an hour early. I had other things to do, instead of wasting my time with these clowns, but I would definitely not use their unprofessional "services " anymore.

My doctor took care of me and so did the nurses. I really liked the recliners they have in the patient rooms, really comfortable. The waittroom is rather small and can get crowded but they get to patients as quick as possible. I've only come here once so I hope all continues to go well.
