Hearing Life Butler has helped me with my hearing aids since I was 8 years old. When you are a kid going through hearing loss it is important that you trust and like the people taking care of you and I never once had a doubt about whether they wanted what was best for me.

Some of their staff has changed over the years of course, but they have a great track record of consistently hiring people who truly want to help, and they have always treated me like family. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

I admit I was a bit hesitant to try new hearing aids after years of struggling to using my old pair changing batteries every 6-8 hours . But after going to HearingLife here at Butler, Pa I couldn’t be happier with my new Oticon rechargeable hearing aids. Bill Yost is absolutely the right man for the job, easy to talk to and help you get the right Hearing Aids for your personal needs. This team really went above and beyond to ensure my hearing aid experience was fantastic. Obviously no one WANTS to be reliant on a machine just to hear. But if you’ve got to have them, Hearing Life will help you determine what type of hearing loss you are experiencing and which aids will best correct that loss.

The hearing testing was thorough and accurate (I’ve been through thirty-some-odd years of hearing tests, so I know) and the programming of my aids, while challenging because of my type of hearing loss, went smoothly. They even go out of their way to make sure the molds they order will fit and not cause feedback.

I’ve been wearing aids since I was 8. I won’t go anywhere else, anymore.
