I recently visited a college friend who was elated by her appointment she had with Lisa and Rick. After several years of dissatisfaction from a previous provider, her time with Lisa and Rick changed her whole experience with hearing aids. She could not stop talking about HHC which got me to make an appointment.
I too have aids that I seldom wear because my overall experience has not been positive! Both Lisa and Rick were very professional and took the time to give me an exam, clean out the wax and make adjustments to my hearing aids! Along with that they were patient and explained what was best for me and answered all my question and concerns. This was the first time that I felt heard and that they cared about me! They offered to assist me anytime and gave me recommendations and questions I needed to ask when I return to Boston!
Because of the high praise my friend shared with me from her experience; and the comfort I felt with Lisa and Rick, I have now worn my hearing aids for 10 consecutive days! A first for me and a whole new world of hearing that I have been missing! I would highly recommend Hearing Healthcare Center and consult with both Lisa and Rick! I cannot say enough but thank you! I will definitely stay in touch and return for a follow up next year!

highly recommend them. Lisa Jones has made a huge difference in my hearing needs.

On my first visit Lisa put me at ease about hearing aids. Within a week
I received them. What amazing results! So many people complain that they can't hear, etc. and stop wearing them. I have no problems, in fact I love them. I love the remote features programmed for my needs. HHC takes the time to choose the right hearing aid for your life style. Their service is amazing with great follow up. Lisa makes her patients feel right at home. So many places treat you as a number.
