My medical provider suggested that I try Hearing Aid Specialist as they are in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I was very impressed with the service and product I received from these wonderful women. After 20 years of wearing Hearing Aids I've never been happier. I was referred here by Burgess hearing to change my silicone ear pcs as I was allergic to them! After explaining what I needed this lady(sorry didn’t get her name) worked with me and changed my aids to dome type! I can now heal up my ears to the new dome earpieces! This lady was the epitome of service! Thank you so much! You have certainly have found a new customer!

I might be hard of hearing. I can still understand tone and cadence. Not helpful at all. More interested in being argumentative. They took my personal documents and copied them without asking. Finally “we will check into it” and call you back. That call never came. Well I do my fair share “of checking into” things too. Don’t fall for the only covered “for one” bit. They are billing it wrong.

What a thorough and fun experience! Very, very customer oriented. Clear and concise explanation of how tests were done and how to operate the Starkey Genesis hearing aids. Never thought I’d have so much fun spending money on a hearing aid. My smartphone connected without an app and was able to interact directly with existing phone software.
Best part, I could hear better walking out!

Tina and Glenda have definitely followed in their Mom’s footsteps in the terms of helpfulness by answering questions, sincerity by providing information up front, and giving options of the different types of aids and their uses. They even make me an appointment if I cannot meet their hours due to my teaching school and not getting off on time. They are simply my angels of my hearing world.

They have gone out of their way to make sure I have everything I need for my quality of life associated with my new hearing aids. They answered all my questions in a very clear and concise manner. I got new hearing aids this fall up in Montana. They were sent down to me here in Yuma but they were not set up for me. I was told at one place it would cost me $500. to do that. I called this place and the gal said come anytime and we can see what we can do. Ended up they had no one on their schedule and spent an hour getting me set up! Wow I hadn’t bought them there and they still went out of their way to help me! Didn’t charge me a dime! Very impressed with their business!!

We were in Yuma for the winter and I was having a battery life issue with one of my hearing aids so I stopped in here. They were so helpful! She sat down with me right away and solved the problem. She also took the time to show me some cleaning tips and there was no charge.
