If you need hearing aids and need a warm and caring environment with a useful and competent staff. Look no further, the hearing lab is the place to go! This place is truly the best! They work with you if you are financially not able to afford a costly hearing aid. They are truly empathetic to your need! Elise is the best!

I came to Hearing Aid lab last year after seeing their reviews on the internet. I came for new hearing aids. I thought they were just great. Elise is my care giver, and she professional as well as very pleasant to visit. Today I went back for an annual checkup only to find that my hearing had deteriorated. So, Elise tuned up my hearing aids and they are working great again. I really like this place and plan to always return here.

We were there yesterday & it is the best hearing aid store we have been to. I will not go to any other hearing aid store after my experience there. Mr. Guzman was fantastic. Very professional & very customer service oriented. He was very honest about my hearing test results letting me know that I do have some hearing loss but I would not benefit from wearing them at this point. He said I wouldn't notice any difference with or without wearing them . This was after two other hearing aid places told me I needed them now! Of course they both tried to sell me very expensive hearing aids! So I will return again to keep testing my hearing every year. Thank you Luis, you saved us thousands of dollars for something that I didn't need and which could have made my hearing worse. God bless you and your family!

I have had many hearing aid from medicare, Costco, Private vendors, but this company is the best. The process from appointments, fitting, service and truly being treated like a valued customer.
