I have been seeing Dr. Muhammad for a few weeks, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received. From the very beginning, I felt truly supported, validated, and heard. Dr. Muhammad creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel comfortable discussing my mental health challenges. They take the time to listen attentively and ask insightful questions that guide me toward understanding myself better.

What I appreciate most is the individualized approach Dr. Muhammad takes. They have been incredibly patient and thoughtful in helping me find the right treatment plan. I never feel rushed during our sessions, and their compassion is evident in every interaction. I leave each appointment feeling more confident in my progress, and I truly believe my mental health has improved because of their care.

Dr Muhammad is always concerned for the whole person. She checks in with how my family is doing and then focuses on me. She is very detailed when it comes to medication and is careful not to “just prescribe” medication. Dr Muhammad looks for solutions not band-aids. She’s very thorough, caring, after your appointment you’ll receive an email overview and any instructions she may have discuss wish you. So I’ll have no excuse saying I forgot/don’t remember that…

Do not waste your time with this neglectful, judgmental, incompetent nurse practitioner. She has her son working for her; taking blood draws and I’m assuming other things that are out of his scope of practice, with an expired CNA license. I happily reported them to the nursing board. She is well aware of his expired license because she refused to give his license number when I had somebody call on my behalf. I have never experienced such poor care from a “healthcare professional”. I trusted her. Please find somebody else.

My first two visits with Dr. Muhammad went well. During my 3rd visit which was virtual, she was unpleasant. She was attitudinal and snappy with me. I did not appreciate that coming from a medical professional.
I decided to return and give her another chance. Nothing changed. I have officially changed doctors. Dr. Jennifer Muhammad is unresponsive and does not listen to patients. I also had similar experiences as a few other women who made reviews. Disappointed.
